It's that bittersweet moment when all the puppies have gone and you realize this puppy season is over! We want to thank all of you for loving and giving home to our puppies, for liking posts, sharing posts and just getting the word out there! We couldn't do this without all of you! We will let everyone know when our next litter will be when we know!

Until then enjoy these sweet lambs!!! We added sheep to the farm again last year and now we are enjoying these little lambs that have been born in the last few weeks and many more to come!!!

Due to no fault of his own Brown was returned today. Unfortunately his new owners HOA would not allow them to keep him! He is 10 weeks old, akc, had 1st round of puppy shots, vet checked, dewormed and weaned. Pm for more info!

This is sweet Prairie Purple, she need a loving 🏡! She loves to play! She is a little lighter in color but we will dark up to about the color of her ears! Pm if interested!

This Prairie Purple!!!
She is from the Prairie/Hammer litter!
She was the lightest in color of all her litter. But if you look at her ear she will darken up some! Purple is very playful! She loves to play with toys and the other puppies! If you hold her she will snuggle right in!

Puppy Spotlight!!!!

This is Dorcas Orange!!!
He is one of Dorcas/Hammer males!!!
He is a gentle giant (but really not that big!!) He is super sweet!!! He is big on snuggles!!! He is a little shy (camera shy too :)) but he warms up very quickly if you just pet him!!

PUPPY SPOTLIGHT!!!!!! (Will try to do 1 everyday)

This is Dorcas Lime Green!!! She is 1 of 3 females from our Dorcas/Hammer litter!! She is a bit lighter in color now but will probably darken up some (look at ear color)! She is sweet, loves to play, little bashful at first but warms up quickly!! Pm if you want more info on this sweet girl!

**side note: Dorcas is one of our adult females. She is the sister to Prairie. She is named Dorcas after Dorcas (also know as Tabitha) from the Bible. Jon has always loved that name but I told him I could never name my child that due to possible ridicule. So we have a dog named Dorcas instead!!!

Snow Day!!!

Big dogs (the adult dogs) had fun playing and running in the snow this morning before the blizzard and extreme cold really sets in!
Due to the extreme cold and the amount of snow puppies stayed in their nice and warm kennels!

Unfortunately with the blizzard warning, road conditions, and snow the
Prairie/Hammer litter vet appointment was canceled today pushing back when they will be available to go to new homes. But hopefully we can get that rescheduled for this coming week!!

Just a little puppy preview!!!

If you are on our waitlist... we will be in touch shortly! We have multiple christmas things going on this coming week then after that you will be hearing from us!!!
We let puppies go after being cleared at their 6 week vet appointments. So puppies can be ready as early as New Years to mid January!!! Unfortunately we were a few days short for Christmas puppies.

Wet, snowy, muddy puppies!!!!!! When you live on a farm in Iowa, sometimes it's dirty!!! 18+ inches of snow, then 30s and rain makes for a slushy muddy mess!!! The puppies had fun getting out and burning some energy off today!! We still have some that need 🏡. Pm if interested! #schwenkefarmgoldens
