🚨 PSA! Trusting your neighbors is great, until it's not! I have learned the hard way just because they live next door, they don't always have your best interest at heart. 💚

Who watches over your home when the neighbors are away? Do they stay during the storms to check on everything after it passes? ⛈ Can they help install shutters prior to the storm?

Most importantly, does your neighbor provide you with a complete Home Watch Report to show the insurance companies when there is a claim? Can they provide proof of damage through detailed documentation?
