To the best of my ability, I will keep your pet on a schedule they are accustomed to. This ensures they can rely on their daily routine with very limited change. I am dedicated to each and every pet in my care. I have worked extensively with pets with special needs, including my very own pets at home. If your pet has any special needs, such as daily medications, treatments, or other health issues/concerns, rest assured I understand firsthand the importance of proper and timely administering. Detailed instruction will be discussed in person during our initial consultation. At Happy Paws, I strive to provide your pet with the love, care, and one on one direct attention they deserve . You can have piece of mind while away, knowing the needs and desires of your beloved pets are being met by a loving, experienced, trustworthy and professional pet sitter.

Every summer when their pawrents go away, Willoughby and Maddie enjoy a staycation at their house. We watch birds, play with toys, eat treats, cuddle, and basically live our best lives together. I had the absolute pleasure of keeping these sweet babes company on and off this summer. I will miss them dearly until I see them again next summer.❤️

I truly value the bonds I make with my clients-both pets and pawrents alike. I love knowing that year after year, I get to help pawrents live their best lives because they have the peace of mind knowing their pets are living their best lives in the comfort and safety of their own home.

Happy International Cat Day to all my feline furiends and their pawrents who trust me with their care. I have become quite popular among the cat crowd, and I’m here for it. Just don’t tell the dogs.😻

Meet pretty girl, Willow! This adorable and sweet girl is Arthur’s kitty sister. Her mom told me that Willow is very shy and prefers her safe space, so I was pleasantly surprised to see her greet me at every visit. I am so glad she was comfortable in my presence, and we were best friends by the end of the weekend. Join me in welcoming Willow to the Happy Paws family.❤️

Hang on to your hearts people because this ginger boy is going to steal it. There’s a new level of handsome in town, and his name is Arthur. I mean, look at that face. I am definitely in love. Not only is he ridiculously handsome, but he’s also the sweetest boy ever. He recently moved here from Kentucky, and I am so glad he did. His favorite pastime when he’s not stealing hearts, is watching the cat channel on YouTube. Welcome aboard, Arthur!!!🥰

You got treats, Jen? I am so in love with chickens. I get to meet some of the sweetest chickens EVER!! Since starting Happy Paws and having the opportunity to care for them, I seriously get it. If I weren’t a crazy cat lady, I could easily be a chicken lady. I am so grateful to have wonderful chicken moms who share their ladies with me. Until next time girls!!❤️

Happy Friday! Kick off the weekend with some cuteness.🐾

It was so good seeing my friends Murray, Pawlie, and Shadoe yesterday. I have not seen them in a while so you better believe I was excited when their mom reached out. Shadoe and Murray are all about fetch, every day is ball day with these two. Pawlie at 16 years young brings so much joy and wisdom to my life. She’s absolutely incredible. I am so blessed to care for this loving crew. ❤️

Can you stay overnight? I sure can. I got to spend some quality time with Sevy this weekend. I love when this boy is on my schedule! I love hanging out with this sweet boy. Some pups do better with overnight care. and I’m here for it!! I find great satisfaction in the bond I have formed with Sevy, who experiences separation anxiety when his mom travels. Seeing him genuinely happy and relaxed at home always makes my day, and I get the best Sevy snuggles.❤️

Sometimes I meet a dog that reminds me to thank God for creating such loving, beautiful, innocent creatures. Meet Lily!! I loved taking care of this insanely precious, sweet girl. I had the pleasure of doing overnights with her last month, and our weekend together went by way too fast. I’m already counting down the days I get to spend more time with her.❤️

I am very behind on introduction posts because I have been so busy. This adorable face is definitely worth the wait. I see a lot of pets and hear a lot of creative pet names, but my current favorite is Dreamer! Her name suits her perfectly, she is a dream. Dreamer is one of the sweetest, loving pups I’ve ever met. I fell in love with her immediately. I can’t wait to care for her again in September.❤️

Happy Sunday!!

It always makes me sad when I have to say goodbye to my overnight babies. It has been such a pleasure caring for this lovely little duo. These pups are truly the definition of two peas in a pod. I cannot think of another dog duo that fits that description as much as these pups do.

My pet sitting visits and overnight stays are incredibly special to me. So many fun and special memories come from my pet sits and I could not be more grateful for my time spent with these sweet pups.

Pia!! I am nearing the end of ny week stay with this girl and I’m already dreading the day I will have to leave her. Absolutely, could not love this girl more. We truly are best friends. If you ever meet Pia, you will quickly see why I cherish her so much. She is such a loving girl with the sweetest disposition. I love her to pieces.💕

I’m doubling up today in honor of National Kitten Day!! I’m so excited to introduce the two newest additions to the Happy Paws family! Meet Henry and Moses! Aren’t they absolutely, positively adorable? These boys are besties and love being together. Kittens just bring so much joy into your life. I am excited to watch these babies grow, learn, and flourish in their new home with their purrfect family. 😍

I loved my time spent with Belle and Lexie!! Some moments from last week that are too good not to share! I love these girls! I love seeing Lexie so happy and living her best life. It makes my heart happy when I know a pup is a rescue and has found the perfect home. Belle on the other hand just needs food to be happy, typical beagle!😆

In my element! I love looking after these beautiful ladies. It’s not just cats and dogs I look after. Here are some of the lovely chickens and rooster that I cared for last week. My arrival means food, and so I always get such a lovely greeting, whatever the pet! 😄

It’s our Anniversary!! Happy Paws Pet Sitting turns 7 today!! How lucky am I not only do I get to do what I love, but I also get to share such fun and memorable moments with my clients’ beautiful four pawed babies? I feel incredibly lucky to do what I do, and looking back on it, I am so blessed that I actually turned this vision of mine into an amazing business. I wouldn’t change what I do for anything. It never ceases to amaze me how much like family both my human and pet clients become. What an incredibly personal business this is. Every visit, every client and every pet has a piece of my heart.

Thank- you to everyone who has supported me since the very beginning in 2017. It truly means the world to me and I couldn’t be here today without all my amazing clients. You all are absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. You’ve trusted me with your furry, feathery, and scaley family members for 7 years now and I am so very grateful! This dream is a reality thanks to the support of my clients, family and husband, my chief cheerleader who has supported me every step of the way. So THANK YOU!!

I had the best time reuniting with Hope last week while her humans were on vacation. Hope and I had a full week of quality girl time together. A week full of her favorite things! Multiple sniffaries, rolling around in the grass, soaking in some vitamin D while bird watching. I always have such a good time with her. I will miss her big infectious smile, her head peaking out the window as I arrived, and her cute nose greeting me at the door. I swear she has one of THEEE BEST smiles!! I love my Hope.❤️

The rainbow bridge got a little brighter this week and my heart got a lot heavier. I have had the absolute joy of watching Kit for 7 years now. Kit is my very first cat client. She has been with me since the very beginning, even before I launched Happy Paws. Her mom took a gamble on me when she hired me back in 2017 to do overnights to care for her pups who all had kennel cough. Kit was an extra bonus to the pack. I am so thankful she trusted me and gave me a chance all those years ago. While I still don’t really have the words right now, as her pet sitter for the last 7 years , I wanted to share some of the memories we have had over the years. Such good, good memories.

I am just a small part of the lives of the pets I care for, but they impact me in a way that is hard to describe. I know my Happy Paws babies aren’t mine, but to me , they are loved as such. I am responsible for their well being and happiness for however long their parents need me. I take this responsibility very seriously. When I say I love your pets like my own, I truly mean it. They are family to me. So when I hear the news of one passing it breaks my heart, because to me, it is like losing one of my own.

Kit, you are so loved and cherished. I know for a fact you are up there unraveling the biggest ball of yarn. Thanks for letting me love on you all these years. Rest easy, sweet girl. I love you and will forever miss you.❤️

Meet Bambi! I got to have my first overnight with him last weekend. He is such a sweet and happy pup, and he couldn’t be any more adorable. I am so happy I got to care for him and his sister, while his parents were out of town. Welcome to the fam, sweet boy!! Keep on smiling!🥰

This past weekend I had the chance to care for the most bunnies ever! Look at all this bunny loving fun I got to experience, thanks to an amazing bunny foster. These bunnies all have the sweetest setup to explore, play, eat their greens, and live their best life. It is so nice to witness firsthand the love, work, and devotion a foster mom puts in for these bunnies helping them live their best lives. I love getting to meet and work with awesome pet-loving people.

Sooo good seeing my friend Ginger again! It’s been awhile since I’ve seen this beautiful girl. Some pups just melt my heart with their sweetness. I just can’t get enough of her gentle nature and those brown, soulful eyes. Ginger- you are such a sweet, gentle soul.❤️

My client texted me as she was leaving for vacation to inform me that there would be people doing drywall work at the house and they were aware of the cats. She told me Maddie was happy and wandering around, but Willoughby was hiding in the basement drop ceiling!!🤣🤣

Summer pet sitting is in full swing so I wanted to make a little post to say how grateful I am for each and everyone of my clients and their sweet fur babies! I am so thankful for all my amazing clients for choosing me to be your pet sitter. It means so much to me when I hear that someone has referred me to a friend, it’s the greatest feeling. I am so proud to have a full schedule in something I love doing so much, all thanks to you guys. I am truly blessed with the best fur-clients and I love each one of them as my own! Thank- you for your support and choosing me, I am so excited for all this summer has to bring.
