A head spa treatment is a holistic, luxurious treatment that combines a deep scalp cleanse with other spa rituals to improve your hair and scalp health. Head spas originated in Japan and are based on Ayurvedic practices. They can include:
Scalp analysis: A microscope can be used to analyze your scalp
Essential oils: You may inhale a blend of essential oils
Scalp massage: Traditional and innovative massage techniques can stimulate the scalp and increase circulation
Steam cap: A steam cap can be used to deeply pe*****te your hair with moisture
Conditioning treatment: Your hair may be conditioned after the steam cap
Nourishing scalp tonic or serum: Your scalp may be treated with a nourishing tonic or serum
Head spa treatments can help with: Removing buildup, Improving scalp health, Promoting healthy hair growth, and Providing stress relief.
The frequency of head spa treatments you need depends on your scalp type:

All I can say is WOW! Thank you Critsey Rowe Geist for creating this beautiful gallery of magic for me! at the spectacular age of "I don't give a F@$k!" 49, I am finally loving who I am. The unapologetic, beautiful, hot mess that I am! I am a health coach to other women going through many of the same things that I have been going through and I LOVE that I got to do this shoot to show other women that even at our age we can feel sexy, pretty, loveable, and SEEN. We do not have to feel frumpy and yucky, tired and unworthy!!!
Side note, since this shoot, I have lost 10 pounds! It really made me realize that I have plenty of life left in me, that continuing to take care of myself and putting in the work is really worth it!!!!

HEY!!!! I am on a mission to bring some happiness to everyone I come in contact with! Today is a day full of love and light! Started with teaching yoga, and I am about to drop my FREE Meal planning Course, and Tonight we have out first official Air bnb guests and tomorrow I teach a Nutrition Class! Our Story

We are a small 2 acre Farm that specializes in curating our own line of products based on Healthy gut and natural ingredients. The home is the Old Kale Family Farm with a fun history. We came here with a dream to create a space where we could live more organically with the land, grow our own food, raise some animals and teach others to do the same. We now produce some medicinal products, skin care and beauty creams using herbs, Colloidal silver, copper and essential oils. We also make fermented Food products, such as Ginger Beer, Kombucha, pickles and other seasonal items. The chickens and ducks provide our eggs and we have veggies in season, along with fresh herbs and fruits.
