We have tested all breeds and the most favorite with the most delicious fat is hands down Sasso breed.

It’s Wednesday and opening day for the market this week! We’re open 10:30-5:30 😊

Sharing with yall a delicious recipe that has been a favorite at our house the last few weeks. Matthew is a picky eater and he loves this! It’s also keto friendly 🤩

Ricotta Meatballs
•For the meatballs:
* 2 lbs. Chicken sausage (Valley H Farms • Circle C Minis we have their chicken sausage in stock at the market!)
* 1 C. Ricotta cheese
* 1 Large egg
* 1 C. Crushed pork rind crumbs
* 1 ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
* 1 tsp. Garlic powder
* ⅓ C. Parmesan cheese grated
* Salt and pepper to taste

•For the sauce:
* 2 Tbsp. Butter
* 2 tsp. Minced garlic
* 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
* ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
* ¼ C. Fresh chopped basil
* Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
•Add the meatball ingredients to a large bowl, and knead until well combined.
•Form the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, and place them into a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
•Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
•Add the butter to a skillet over medium heat.
•Mix in the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
•Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
•Simmer until the sauce thickens.
•Stir in the parmesan cheese and basil.
•Add the meatballs to the skillet, and toss to coat in the sauce before serving.

Wings are an easy go to for cooking! Toss in a favorite sauce and throw in air fryer or oven.

My favorite is to do mustard mixture and marinate overnight then cook in air fryer or oven at 350 degrees. ☺️

Delicious bone broth! Our bone broth simmers a full 24 hours. We start with roasting the chicken feet to pull out collagen into the broth. The collagen benefits are amazing for your joints, hair, and skin! We love a good broth for fall/winter! We also offer a turmeric/cinnamon option for sicknesses! ☺️
