We had fun with the Halloween Costume class at Suffolk Stables Show Series today.
Leia and Tinkerbell looked cute as Kim Possible and Shego.
Sophia and Ace took Ms. Chris back to the insane asylum and took 5th place.
Savi borrowed Charlie and with Christina the force was with them to get 3rd place.

We had the pleasure of hosting a birthday party at the farm for Natalie and her friends. We enjoyed giving them rides on Kona, Tinkerbell and most popular, of course, Ace as well as lead some party games. We hope they all had a good time.

There's still some openings for our Horsemanship Class series starting next Friday or Saturday. If you know someone who likes horses ans wants to learn more but is not sure where to start this is a great way to gain knowledge and confidence. We'd love to introduce them to our horses.

We had a great Field Trip to Tinicum Park Polo Club to watch a polo match. Most of those who went had never seen a polo match and they enjoyed it. I love introducing my riders and their families to new and different equine related activities. We "caught" a game ball, got to pet a couple of the ponies, stomp the divits and got to get up on Charlie and hit a ball with the mallet. And yes I got up on Charlie too. A fun day for all.

September is just a few weeks away and we're starting our Horsemanship Classes up again. If you know someone who loves horses but is a bit tentative about them and know they'd love to learn more and be around the horses this is the activity for them. There is no riding for all but once class towards the end where if they feel comfortable enough, they can get on and give it a try. We will handle the horses on the ground and learn about caring for them. We will have either Friday evening or Saturday afternoon classes available. Yesterday, Sunday, June 30th we finished out the spring show series at Suffolk Stables Show Series with some great rides. Everyone has been improving. Congratulations to all riders.
Savi took Grand Champion in Pre-Mini Stirrup on Kona with 2 1sts and a 2nd. She's doing very well and working hard.
Sami ride Mia for the first time in a show and received her first blue ribbon. Yay! She finished her division with 2 4ths and a first.
Hope ride Mia to Resverve Champion with a 1st and 2nds in a combined Open Equitation/Pleasure classes.
