It's been a minute since posting here, but I couldn't go without a shoutout to these awesome athletes who put on a great performance at the Atlantic County 4-H Fair on Sat!!! Great job, ladies! 🤩🌠🌠🌠 Isn't this small but mighty crew just the cutest!?!

We finally got out to a competition this season! What a great time we had at Great Falls Vaulters Fall Fest last weekend :) My kiddos did amazing vaulting and I'm super proud of each of them! And Sadie was cool and calm, as per her usual 🥰

Hi all!! Time to clean out those closets and support a great cause 😉

The Shooting Stars Vaulting Team is hosting a fundraiser. It is basically a clothing drive. The pick up is November 13th at 10:00 am at Patina Farms. If you can put your items aside until then, we REALLY appreciate it. If you can't, we have LIMITED storage, contact me to arrange pick up/drop off. This has the potential to be a MAJOR fundraiser for our club. Please share the word.

We can accept -
Clothing for men, women and children.
Shoes (Bagged separate from all other items)
Clothing accessories: belts, hats, scarves, handbags, gloves etc.
Soft household items like towels, blankets, bed sheets, pillows, quilts, comforters and curtains.
Small toys (2 ft. or less).
Stuffed animals, bikes and scooters.
Car seats (only together with base) and strollers.

We canNOT accept-
Sport equipment (bikes and scooters are OK)
Board games, books, puzzles, pots and pans.
Electrical devises or glass.
Large toys, high chairs, baby cribs.
VCR tapes, furniture and outdoor play sets.

What a fun weekend! Full of firsts and bests for these 3 talented vaulters and my ever-so-patient mare, Sadie 💜 Frankie worked hard to pull off canter classes on Sadie and finished 1st overall!! Lulu competed for the first time ever and performed confidently with the biggest smile! McKenna did horse classes for the first time and earned third place for horse freestyle! I'm so proud of all our little stars 💜💫💫💫 Sadie aka "Scottie's Girl" also deserves special recognition. She is filling in for our beloved Jubilant, who is easing into semi-retirement. Though vaulting is not her primary job and she hasn't been to a vaulting competition in 6+ years, she took such good care of these kiddos. She is my heart horse for sure and continues to impress me every day 💜💜💜

Some more highlights from this weekend! Lia had fantastic performances at only her 2nd vaulting competition ever, Frankie got third for her storm trooper costume freestyle, and GV came home with her copper medal. Of course, McKenna was copying their every move 😂 Thank you to Kristen Soto and Copper Hill Vaulters for lending us your awesome horses!

Huge thanks to our team moms, Melanie, Pam and especially Melissa, for organizing a great clothing drive team fundraiser! We had to collect a minimum of 100 bags and we far surpassed that. I bet we had closer to 600, but we lost track after 400 ;) Our vaulters showed up to move bags and, with their whole families recruited, they made fast work of loading up. We'd also like to thank all the individuals who brought out donations, every little bit helped and it added up quick!

Hey all!! We are still accepting clothing donations for our team fundraiser! Our clothing drive will be wrapping up this Saturday 1/16 at 11am! Our pickup is scheduled between 11am and 1pm at Patina Farms. Please reach out if you'd like to drop off items this week! A couple quick reminders- items should be packaged in kitchen-size trash bags. Shoes should be placed in seperate bags from other items. The list of items we can and can Not accept is below.
