This is my norm. These ladies next door come out in these dress suits and what not.. this is how I come out. The fur has become an accessory to my ripped clothing. Dog poo on my shoe dog kisses all over my hands and face! Ha! Keep your suit and I’ll keep mine! This is my life! This is what I do. This is what I was born to do. The dogs know it and I do too. Thanks for making my dreams possible people!

I am taking a much-needed leave of absence from work after the Christmas rush, after losing my precious Connery I need time off for at least a week. I am going to get my schedule in order. My carpel tunnel hands need a break and my loyal customers deserve the best that I can give them in the least amount of time. I can’t groom so many dogs anymore. I have such a great clientele. 2023 is a new year and I have a brand new plan! I will be in touch with my regular customers about getting booked out after that. Thank you!! 😘🐾😉🐾✂️🐶

🐾🐶🐾❤️🐾💙🐾🐶🐾 We are on a first call, first serviced basis at my shop. I have customers booking out through next year! Which is a great idea if you want to be sure and get a spot! .😉 Thank you to all of my loyal customers 🐾😊🐾 I am so grateful for all of you! We can no longer accept new customers do to the volume of regular customers that we have. I must be as good to my regular customers as they are to me!! 😘😘😘 I need to be able to get them in right away or at least in a decen amount of time....which at this moment I cannot. Due to this i have to make changes so that I can better serve my customers who have been so loyal to me 🐾💙🐾 Also, I worked approximately 75 hours last week. Although I love what I do with a passion!!! Nobody needs to work that many hours! Thank you guys so so much for being so patient and understanding with me while I have been making all the new adjustments to being a business owner for the first time! 🦠Operational Policies Due to Covid-19🦠
*IMPORTANT*
It has been an interesting couple of months and it looks like things will stay this way for a while. In order to prevent confusion or misunderstandings. We will be scheduling in phases.

While We understand that everyone’s dog is overdue, . As much as We would love to accommodate everyone next week, that is simply not possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to schedule everyone as fairly as possible.

Phase 1) Those who were on the book and had appointments cancelled, will be called first, for obvious and fair reasons.

Phase 2) Those that have left messages during the time we have been closed, will be called and scheduled next.

Phase 3) Normal calls for scheduling will be given appointments.

New operating procedures include:

Drop offs at your specific, assigned time, and curbside service. This is to limit client exposure to each other, and allow social distancing between us. There will be no client entrance to the building at this time.

When your dog is finished we will call or text depending on your preference, watch for your arrival, and bring your pet back out to you.

WAIT TIMES WILL BE LONGER AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED!! We are going to be overwhelmed with client volume and delayed with procedure changes. Things will move slower. Your dogs feed off of the groomers energy. So we want to keep things as pleasant and peaceful as we possibly can for all of our furry friends. We will be not be trying to push time or raise stress levels for the groomers and in turn for the dogs. Instead we want to provide a peaceful atmosphere for your fur babies. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Payments can be taken by credit card via over the phone or cash in an envelope with exact change, in order to limit contact.

As always tools, kennels, and equipment will be disinfected between dogs. Additionally all of our surfaces and door handles will regularly be wiped down. It is our mission to provide a safe, relaxing place for your furry kiddos to come for us to care of all their grooming needs! Thank you so much for your business! We will do our best to make sure that your pets are safe and well cared for while in our shop.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone soon and getting back to doing what we do best!

We offer a variety of services to accommodate the dogs needs and/or parents desired outcome. We have dogs who come in for the works (bath, blowout, clean the ears, haircut, clip and file nails), some dogs just need a bath and nail trim, some pet parents come in for a bath and tidy for their dogs ( bath, blowout, nails and just tidy the face, feet, sani and rear). I do offer pick up and delivery for my customers who may be extremely busy or can’t drive. I am dedicated to my work and my customers. I strive to make the dogs feel comfortable and make pet parents happy with our services. Our goal is to provide a happy, safe and loving experience for all of the dogs.
