Any water to be used for drinking or cooking should be brought to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Water is OK for bathing, washing, and other non-consumable uses. You will receive another notification should additional action be required or conditions change, or when normal water use may be resumed.

“We just can’t continue to build the houses we grew up in,” said US Housing Secretary Marcia L. Fudge. “These houses are more efficient, more resilient. But the other thing is, we need so much new housing. These can be built quickly, installed quickly. They are at a great cost point. And so it is a big part of the solution.”

The White House is looking to manufactured housing for cheaper construction and faster supply. But first, housing policies will have to change.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our business. As a primary duty you will be expected to greet and welcome all guests visiting and/or calling the business. You will also coordinate and stay on top of all front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful you need to be a Winner! By that we mean you should always do your best to keep a pleasant personality and complete all tasks with vivacity. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while following the proper channels of operations. Multitasking and organizational skills are essential!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- skilled and self sufficient in general home maintenance
- drivers license
- pass a background check (no theft or property damage charges)
- no drug tolerance

JOB DUTIES

ELECTRICAL
- replacing outlets, light fixtures, etc

PLUMBING
- replacing fixtures, broken fittings, etc
- reading water meters
- fixing small water leaks

SNOW REMOVAL
- Blading snow
- spreading salt

LAWN CARE
- Mowing
- weed-eating

This position will be dirty work sometimes. It is working in, under and around mobile homes where there are spiders and sometimes filth. Sometimes its work on a brand new mobile home or the property itself. So be prepared.

We are a young, motivated, and unique team

Pay evaluation every 90 days.
