Placed 2 fosters and even a foster kitten litter.

I see all of these posts, wanting a puppy or dog, potty trained,leash trained, crate trained.
Nobody wants to put in the effort these days?

They sell stuffed animals that can suit your needs.
If you love animals you put in the effort...no matter .
It hurts my heart that people are so shallow.
You don't quit what you love.

A good friend and I talked about what our dogs mean to us...With me,the bond is more important,the love we share for whatever we are doing.
Some like to compete, which is not my thing these days.
But I am still proud of the ones that are, the ones that are SARS,Service Dogs,Protection,Border Dogs, LE...but I am just as proud of Grissom's mom Destiny, that took on a Coyote in order to protect us in daylight on a trail....Malinois have that heart.
I am proud of all my pups,and the people that love them.
A ribbon or title is just as important in my book as the dog that nudges you out of your sadness,makes you laugh with their crazy ideas.
If you are fortunate to know the love and protection of a Malinois, you are truly blessed.
And I thank you for sharing with me.
