BUDDY'S RABBITRY SALES POLICY

• (50% to 25% depends on price of the cavy) price of the cavy is required for a deposit to hold the cavy of your choice starting at the age of 1 Weeks no sooner. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless something happens to the cavy while in our care. Cavy will NOT be held without a deposit. Unless requesting a same-day pick up. Deposits can be paid Through the following
* PayPal*

• All cavys leave happy and healthy to the best of our knowledge.

• We cannot guarantee gender of cavys at a young age. We do our best to s*x cavys 3 weeks of age when ready, but mistakes can happen. No refunds or exchanges will be given for gender mistake. Be sure to check the gender of your cavy yourself before you take it home to ensure you agree with the gender you’re being sold.

• We have the right to cancel or refuse sale for any reason if we feel the animal will be put in danger (deposit will be refunded)

• We do have cardboard carriers for $15 extra but we prefer you bring your own

•We do not guaranteed that a cavy sold as showadle will win anything at all we miss stuff

• We will not hold a cavy for more than a week after 3weeks of age if we are holding a cavy for you more then a week you will be responsible to pay a fee of $5 a day for boarding

•if you cancel your pickup less than 48 hours before you are supposed to pick up your rabbit we will not be allowed to get a cavy from us

*Bidding must be done in increments of 5 or higher.
*if Bidding continues after 7 pm if there is a bidding war. if no bids 5 mins after the last bid, the person with the last bid wins.

Why animal breeders may not invite you in anymore & we have become a closed farm & rabbitry...

You’ve probably read somewhere, maybe even from me, that a breeder that won’t let you see where animals are kept or meet your animals is a big red flag.

That breeders who won’t let you meet the animals or see where they are kept must be hiding something.

Well that’s no longer true

Why you ask?

Because there is a vendetta in the USA right now against breeders, even the really good breeders.

Anti breeder types, be they from HSUS or PETA or other animal rights groups or overzealous animal shelter workers or other similar people are making it their life’s work to get breeders animal seized and stop all breeding.

Many times this involves lying, filing false complaints or worse- setting the breeder up.
Sometimes these people even gain the breeder’s trust or work for them.

No matter how clean your animals are.
No matter how well fed and clean your animals are.
No matter how careful you are to only breed the best and most fully health tested animals
No matter how much time and money you put into them and how much money you lose.

These people are looking to get your dogs seized, to get another “horrible breeder” story in the news, to use you and your animals to get restrictive laws passed.

Breeders now must not only do their absolute best , they now must guard against those that would destroy their life’s work and the animals they love for no reason other than hate.

So the next time an animal breeder grills you with questions, or meets you in their driveway or even at the shopping center in their town, don’t hold it against them - they may just be doing all they can to keep hateful people from destroying all they love.

Looking back on 2022, We have came a long way from a herd of 11 to now. We have been to a lot of rabbit shows and have added lots of rabbits to our herd and produced some very nice rabbits and made lots of friends. With winning one Best of Breed are first year of showing and with one animal we breed are selves.
The first show of the year wining Best opposite of breed.

York state Fair show and rabbit hoping.
We took reserved in show both open and youth.
Also best of breed and best opposite s*x of breed in open and youth in Mini Rex and best of breed in open and in youth with our Dutch who was only entered for the reason of do rabbit hopping.
