Pasture = $225 - we had a horse move to a dry lot so we have one rate opening
Semi private dry lot = $325- *full*for metabolically challenged horses get grass hay and enrich. $350 heavy mix hay and impact. One spot open

2013 AQHA panther mt bred mare. 15.1, rides, trails and sorts. Was started on barrels. Getting legged up after having 1.5 years off. Her right hock is fused. 💶🔟🥕🥕🥕

2021 APHA gelding, old time breeding. Papers pending. 4️⃣🥕🥕🥕

2019 AQHA mare, ridding nice. Sire Perks Firewater Flit, Dam Flashing first off by first to shine. Furturity elig, not started on barrels. Was holding her for her 5yr year. 20️⃣🥕🥕🥕

2017 AQHA gelding, 14.3… Broke broke broke. Sorting machine, barrels and started on poles. 2️⃣0️⃣🥕🥕🥕

If I can talk my daughter into it. 2010 More Cash Now, bay mare, sorts, ropes, good in the arena for general riding. Not selling as a barrel horse. Confirmed heart beat in foal to bay roan DTF stud Trippin on Fame. 2️⃣0️⃣, 🥕🥕🥕

But we do have one we would consider selling at this time. 5yr gelding AQHA that sorts, runs barrels and is started on poles. Would make an awesome breakaway horse too for someone that ropes. 14.2 and solid built. 18 🥕🥕🥕

Due to rising costs our boarding rates will be increasing to $220 for pasture and $300 for semi private dry lot. The drought and rising costs have increased our expenses that we are unable to absorb.

It’s real people… be kind to your boarding facility owners. I see many places posting that they are full and looking for references for other facilities. Many places are full and not taking on new boarders for various reasons.. our facility is dealing with an over 25% cost increase in operations from the past few years. Hay has gone up as well as feed, fuel, heck even fly spray and it would be awesome to be able to find fly traps 🤦🏼‍♀️.

*as of 4/19 one has been leased out leaving 2 horses left* We have a few horses for onsite lease 2 that would be good for general ridding and trails and one that would require and experienced ridder for games and ridding.

Current unicorns looking for new family’s..

2008 gelding very quiet approx 15 hands with a medium build... family broke and will not set arena records.. prefers outdoor trail ridding vs arena work. Will require bar shoes on front for extended ridding.

2007 gelding 14.3 but built and a big mover. Been on barrels and all over trail ridding.. needs and experienced soft hand due to all the buttons he has.

2021 is a year to get things in order as we are hopeful to build an indoor in 2022 or find a facility for sale near by to move too.. here is to setting goals and turning dreams into reality!! 🤗
