Good afternoon! We hope everyone had a great 4th! For my regular customers I'm making out my schedule for the rest of the year. If you haven't already please consider booking your appointments until January so that you can have your days that you need.
Also school will be starting back on August 7th so that means no drop-offs before 7:30 and absolutely no pick-up after 2:30!
I've decided to be closed every other Saturday but If you need a late week day we can arrange a Wednesday to stay open later for you .
We are still not accepting new clients.

Hello everyone! I am wondering if you could choose one day of the week for me to stay open until 6 or 6:30 which day would you like? Please comment and give me your input. In the very near future we will be cutting down on our Saturdays so that I can spend time with my family. As always I appreciate each and every one of you for your patience and allowing me to pamper your furry friends!

First and foremost, Thank you to everyone who has reached out, prayed for, helped and supported me during the most difficult time of my life! I can not express my gratitude enough to everyone!
You all know my mom helped me everyday at the shop and since her passing I've had to make a few changes. Here is a New Policy. If anyone has any questions please message me! I hope you all have a great New year!

NEW POLICY

Effective immediately:

•I am not accepting any new customers at this time. I will make a Facebook post if and when I can.
•We will not open until 7:45 A.M.
•All dogs MUST be picked up by 2:45 P.M. No acception. There will not be anyone at the shop after due to me having to go get my children from school.
•If there is a scheduling issue you have to let me know at least three business days ahead of your appointment.
•I can no longer accommodate late drop offs. Anyone who is 15 or more minutes late for their scheduled appointment will have to reschedule for our next available day.
•If your dog is too big or difficult for me to handle alone you will be asked to come pick up your pet. Please understand that I am not doing this to be rude but I am only one person and having to wrestle a difficult dog while I have 10-12 others that day will be impossible.
•I can not guarantee a specific time out since I work alone.
•The best way to contact me through the day is by text. It is hard to answer a phone call and juggle everything else.
•I am now bathing, grooming and the receptionist so please be patient and understanding during this time.

ATTENTION:

A few things to keep in mind!

•We are still not accepting new customers at this time.
•We will close Tuesday-Friday at 2p.m.
•Saturday clients please be patient with me on pick-up time(this is our busiest day)
•We are now booking appointments for our regular customers until January. If you haven't already gotten on the schedule please send me a message and get your dates booked! We will book up fast!
•Starting September 1st a 2% convenience fee will be added to all debit/credit card transactions.

Good Morning everyone! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday!
We are trying to be able to add some new clients to our books but want to ensure that our regular customers have their future appointments set up! If you would like to be put on a regular schedule please send me the day of the week and how often you'd like to come. For example. If you want to come every 6 weeks on a Thursday I need those specific details and a good time for you to come and I'll put you down in our schedule through July. This way you know you have upcoming appointments and can keep those fluffy friends fresh and clean for all occasions! We will send out reminders the day before so be sure to let us know you would like reminder texts! Otherwise we can not guarantee you an appointment anytime soon.

🛑 Changes as of January 1, 2023!

▪️If you miss your appointment without a 24 hour notice we will charge you a no-show fee that will be due at your next appointment.
▪️If your pet is matted we will have to shave the matts out. De-matting is painful for the pup and extremely time consuming. You will be notified if we find matts and have to shave them out.
▪️We will be closed the first and third Saturday of every month.
▪️If your pet does not like the kennel they need to be picked up ASAP after we let you know they are ready. We can not constantly watch them to ensure they don't hurt themselves trying to escape the kennel.
▪️We will be closing at 2pm every day due to school pick-up. There may be days that we can accommodate a later pickup but it will need to be discussed prior to the day of appointment.

This sweet boy is looking for a new home. He is an 8 month old bernedoodle. His owners are having to re-home him because he is very energetic and they have their elderly mother living with them and he trips her up and they are scared he will jump on her and hurt her bad. If anyone would like him they are asking a fee for him. Please private message us and we will get you in touch with them.
