WE NEED HELP - UPDATE $4270 collected No where near what we need to get us through the Winter.
The Rescue needs at least $10,000 to get through the Winter. Hay, Feed, Blankets, Supplements, Upkeep on Structures, Supplies...etc...
Hay prices will be going up, up and UP! We need to stock up before that happens. We still do not have a tractor or working golf cart, so all the work we do here is by hand. If we can purchase a large amount of hay at once, we will rent a tractor to help us unload, stack and store it.
At current prices ($80/round bale), hay will cost us well over $6000 for the Winter. Plus we go through twice as much grain and feed once the grass is gone. Estimate feed and grain costs are $2000. Plus Supplements & medications of minimum $1200. This doesn't count farrier ($300 a month), Vet (always unknown), blankets or other needs.
Please help if you can. Between Addie's IG and the WeSayNeigh IG, we have over 16,000 followers. A dollar each would cover our costs for the winter. Addie's The Dodo video has over 55,000,000 views, 10 cents each would cover the rescue for the next 30 years or maybe more! We can't do this alone. Help us Help THEM!
Without this help, we will not be able to bring in any more rescues this year.

At WSN, horses and donkeys are saved from slaughter, purchased from kill pens, feed lots and auctions These equine are almost always abused, neglected, starved, injured, &/or sick. Bailing them out of these places is the easy part; then we transport them, quarantine them, vet them, get their feet and teeth taken care of, feed them, medicate them, castrate them, train them and most importantly, love them. When appropriate, they are then re-homed.
These animals are voiceless, they need people like you to take a stand and be their voice. They need people like you to support them.
