Sweet Ms. Lulubelle has been getting some extra special loving lately and she suuuure is soaking it up.
Since finding out she has soo many food intolerances, we have made some semi-drastic changes in her diet. While I switched her food over a period of two weeks, she can tell she is being treated "different" - different food bin, different cookie container, different multi-vitamin...she went 2 days refusing to eat and acted lethargic...to the point where I took her to the vet. Not much I could give the vet but she was given a good once over and diagnosed with "drama queen sundrome" 😉🫢 my words not the docs...doc said she is perfectly healthy.
Soooooo that night I cooked up some ground beef with beans and carrots from the garden and added about 1/3 cup of the mix as a food topper. That did the trick! We also found that she loves tilapia. She is doing a great job of helping me clean out the freezer!
