� SALE POLICY �

* There is a 50%, Non-Refundable deposit fee to reserve any bunny. If the deposit is not received, the bunny will go back to being available!
* For payment I accept Venmo, CashApp, Google Pay or Cash. NO CHECKS!
* My bunnies DO NOT leave my care before 8 weeks of age and deposits are taken

at 6 weeks of age.
* If the bunny you have reserved becomes sick or dies, a full refund will be given back, while they are under my care.
* Bunnies that leave Fast & Furriest Rabbitry are carefully inspected and healthy to the best of my knowledge. When the bunny is transferred into the care of their new owner, I am NO longer responsible for it's health. I will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness after leaving my Rabbitry.
* Litters are sexed and checked multiple times while the babies are growing, but things do happen and mistakes can be made.
* I will “hold” bunnies for up to 1 week after day 56 (8 weeks), even though it’s the buyer's responsibility to pick up the bunny on pick up day. If after my grace period of 1 week is over & you still need extra time, a fee of $10 per bunny, per week applies for extra care & feed! If you disagree, you Forfeit your deposit & your reserved bunny will become available again. Remember, all Deposits are Non-Refundable unless sickness or death comes into play!!!
* Each bunny will be sexed before leaving Fast & Furriest Rabbitry.
* Each baby is very special to me, I love updates and pictures!

Proven Lionhead Buck (Harlequin colored). Age unknown. Has Fathered several beautiful litters for me. Might put him with a Mini Rex doe before letting him go. He is 4️⃣0️⃣. I got that in him.

I have 5 pure bred Mini Rex Does that need new 🏡. They are my entire last litter & are over 30 weeks old. All Doe. I don't know why buyers stopped coming around. Maybe someone is out there trashing my good name. I honestly have no clue. I have:

(3) Albino (red eyed whites)
(1) Tri
(1) Tort colored

Rabbit Availability List:

Mini Rex:
(5) Does @ 28 weeks old
-(3) Albino (Red Eyed Whites)
-(1) Tri
-(1) Tort
*a couple have had mites but have been cleared*

-(1) Tri Doe. Proven. Maybe 1-2 years old. Had mites, still getting cleared. Needs Ivermectin Injection. Left rear leg possibly sprained around the knee. Not sure what happened but is sensitive to the touch.

Lionhead:
-(1) proven breeder buck. Unsure of age, maybe 3 years. Harlequin color.

Mixed:
-(1) 4 way mixed buck. About 5 months old.

-(1) 2 way mixed Doe. Proven. Unsure of age. But she's a big girl. Chestnut color.

**all are non pedigreed. Need to move them out so I can bleach & clean cages properly, as I don't have any Quarantine cages! PM for info. May trade for Netherland Dwarfs. Rehome fees may shock you...

Mini Rex kits born this morning May 5. Happy Cinco De Mayo

Pure Bred Mini Rex Kits (born today 4-13-2022). Looks to be 5 kits (might keep color if a Doe). Doe (Dame): Tri Buck (Sire): Magpie Located in McComb, MS.

PARENTS: Chestnut Doe (Dame)(pictured): Standard Rex/Mini Rex Mix. Buck (Sire)(not pictured: Cali/NZ Mix. Bunnies have taken on all colors of their Father: REW w/Black noses, Black ears & Black tails! They are Rex/Mini Rex/Cali/NZ MIX (not sure what to call that mix). Here they are going on 7 weeks. Will be available on 4-25... Sexes are: (3) Bucks (1) Doe FCFS. Located in McComb, MS.

February 28, 2022 6 kits in the box. Had to destroy a pillow & add some cotton to the box! Doe: Rex/Mini Rex(Chestnut) Buck: NZ/Cali (REW)

Looks like (6) Mini Rex kits born today (December 8, 2021). Will definitely be ready for Valentine's Day 2022 (if I don't keep any)!!!

Video of my new kits just about 1 week old. Looks like 2 Double Mane & 2 Short hair Lionheads. It is possible that 1 I think is short haired may be a Double Mane. Pairing: Harlequin Short Haired buck & Pedigreed Blue Otter DM doe.
