It is with great sadness we must let you go Thanos, no longer to suffer.

A few weeks ago we noticed a swelling in Thanos' leg, at first we thought clogged pores and were doing regular soaks. 3 days later it was double in size and we got directly into the vet. We did one week of injections for possible infection (bc xray showed nothing abnormal) check up a week later, leg is doubled again and looks painful. Had exploratory surgery and it is a very aggressive cancer that has already invaded his pelvis, kidneys and cloacal. I can't imagine his pain, but he no longer has to endure it. Rest easy beautiful boy. 🧡

Location/ setup will change as we get settled and finish the addition, but it's so nice to have everyone in one place again!

Eeek! I'm so excited to finally have the racks I needed to get the snakes moved to our new home! What a relief it is! Still waiting for the tubs from reptile basics to come in stock and we'll have 2 more sets to add! 🤞🏻they are in stock soon!!

Our turkey eggs hatched! We ended up with 4 healthy Bourbon Red turkey chicks! They're in the brooder getting use to their new space!

Turkeys got upgraded to this very humble & cost efficient coop!
The chick's are loving the freshly tilled dirt & Clementine is now a porch donkey! So glad she trust me this much in such a short time!

The turkeys have been moved into the front yard now neighbors to the silkie & light brahma chick's,
& the chicken yard got tilled up today. Not sure if the turkeys will stay in this spot yet. What do yall think?!
