Attention ALL clients!!!

Some may have gotten these by now but I kinda was late getting them made. I wanted to post it here also and it is in both salons!!!! Please spread the word!!! ATTENTION ALL CLIENTS!!!!
Orby salon is completely booked till January 9th.

Mcconnellsburg is completely booked till January 10.

Just a reminder I’m closed Dec 24th - Jan. 3rd. Doing a deep clean in both salons. If you need to cancel an appointment before Christmas let me know ASAP I do have people that will take the appointment.
Starting in the New Year if you no show to an appointment a charge will be applied and need paid before I will reschedule your dog. No shows still cost me money and time. Yes I have reminders I can send but it is still YOUR responsibility to make sure your dog is at the appointment.
If you cancel an appointment with less then 48 hour notice then a fee might be applied depending on how often you need to cancel. I understand getting sick and other emergencies so I will take everything into account.

ATTENTION ALL CLIENTS!!!!
Openings till Christmas are the following for each shop…..
Orby:
Dec 9th- a few openings.

Mcconnellsburg:
Dec 11th -only 1 opening at 2:00
Dec 13th- only 1 opening at 4:00
Dec 15th - a few openings
Dec 20th - a few openings

If you are wanting in before Christmas…..well message me ASAP! If you want in but those dates don’t work…. Sorry. I don’t want to run myself or sister down or mess the great relationships we have with the dogs just because someone wants me to squeeze their dog in before Christmas. Some dogs have special needs(rather they know it or not😂) and I don’t want to make it harder on anyone involved. I did post in July that you needed to schedule appointments then for Christmas haha.

Going along with not wanting to run myself down or my sister, niece or nephew the shops will be CLOSED December 24th - January 3rd. This is happening for cleaning at both salons and also for me to catch up on stuff at home.

I say this all the time. They do shed but you need to brush them to get the hair off. Same with other types of dogs.

For as of right now for the holiday season you have 24 hours to get back to me if you would like the appointment once I give u to you, if I do not hear anything for you your appointment will be given to the next person. I am sorry but I have people wanting to get their dogs in before the holidays and when I give out an appointment then do not hear anything or you tell me you can’t make it a day before or even just don’t show up it takes away a spot I would have had for someone that would have shown up. I hope everyone understands!! pic 😏

I now have brushes and combs at the salons for anyone looking for them for their dog/s. Brushes are $20 each and combs are $5 small, medium $6 and large $7. I don’t have too many on hand but I can get more if I need. Just message me or stop in.

Anyone missing a kitty? It’s friendly. When I went to leave for work Wednesday morning it was outside. Lol it’s cute and tries to come inside. Not sure if it’s a male or female but I can check if I need to. Not sure if it hide somewhere in my car when I came home from orby or if it’s someone close to me down shade valley. Let me know. It is safe and has a place to stay warmish.

So this morning when I went to leave the house there was a gray cat. Bigger then a kitten but maybe not a complete adult. Friendly so maybe thinking it is a stowaway in my car when I came home last nite. Anyone missing a gray cat in orbisonia! Can try and get a picture in the morning to put in comments but if anyone is missing a cat then send me a message.

Morning everyone!!!!! I wanted to thank everyone that came to the shop and got candy and went through the castle. I loved seeing all the kiddos in their costumes and the dogs that came out too. It was a fun evening.

Can someone tell me what is so funny about a dog being shaved so short because of mats that is funny? Mats hurt the dog and if you have to get them so short that you think they need a sweater then that’s on you. Learn how to brush AND COMB your dog! Sorry but this irritates me so much. People think that’s it’s nothing for a dog to have mats and have to be shaved. Mats can cut off blood to parts of their body. They pull the skin and can cause skin issues and it’s a hiding place/s for fleas and ticks. If you don’t have time to brush and comb them then keep the short. The more fluffy they are the more you need to brush and comb them. Doing it once a week isn’t enough for any dog. Doodles do need to be brushed. Along with every dog. If you have ever seen my dog he is short other then his tail and there is a reason for it. I don’t have time to brush him because my arms are so tired of brushing knots and mats and undercoat out of your dog because you don’t think you need to at home. Sorry for the rant but it frustrating seeing dog after dog in the salon, on Facebook or even in person that have been shaved short or I pet them and feel the mats. It’s pretty bad when my sister, niece, or nephew know your dog has mats when I didn’t say anything to them. I could go on and on and on about mats brushing and so on but if your still reading this then hopefully this helps you or someone out. Again sorry for the rant but needed to say.

Holidays are fast approaching and I get full quickly. If you want to make sure you get your dog or dogs in before the holidays please do not wait till the last minute. I can’t guarantee that I will have openings for November or December if you wait till the end of October to call or text me. The sooner you get a hold of me the better chance I have to get them in.
