Good news!!!
We have a relief doctor for July 2nd (1 p.m-4 p.m.) Also for July 3rd..(9 a.m. -3 p.m.) July 5th we will have a relief doctor from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

We are still searching for a Veterinary Technician or Vet Assistant to join our team! Willing to train the right candidate!

Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Caring for hospitalized animals
- Administering prescribed medications
- Drawing blood, placing IV catheters, SQ/IM/IV injections
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Radiology
- Surgical prep and assisting
- Running lab samples on our state of the art in-house lab equipment
- Performing dental cleanings
- Assisting with cattle work
- Charting treatments
- Educating clients on treatments and preventative care recommended by doctors.

Qualifications and benefits:
- NE State Veterinary Technician License preferred (not required for assistant position)
- Team player, friendly disposition, driven individual
- Competitive compensation

- 4 day work week during the week, 1-2 Saturdays per month

Red Willow Animal Clinic is searching for a full time veterinary receptionist to join our team!

Veterinary Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming patients with sincerity.
- Answering telephone calls
- Scheduling appointments.
- Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation.
-Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation.
- Monitoring the inventory of items for sale by the practice and restocking these, as needed.
- Overseeing the sale of items stocked by the practice.

Veterinary Receptionist requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Personable, empathic disposition.
- Capacity to work well in a high stress environment.
- Ability to work alternating Saturdays.
