We wish to reiterate that this policy has been in effect since the launch of our establishment. However, recent trends of an increased frequency of no-shows and last-minute cancellations necessitate a gentle reminder.
In the event of a no-call, no-show for your scheduled appointment, it will be obligatory to compensate the full cost of the services to secure another appointment. This becomes especially important as we navigate the holiday season, which constitutes our busiest period. Our groomers operate on a commission-based model, and a missed appointment translates to a loss in their income. We kindly request your consideration, particularly for those groomers who make exceptional efforts to accommodate your needs and those of your beloved pets.
With the approach of the holiday months, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee appointment availability for the remainder of the year if you fail to honor your commitment. Therefore, it is strongly advised that you diligently mark your appointments in your personal calendars and uphold your appointment obligations to avoid any inconvenience.
Clients who have not visited our salon in over five months will be ineligible to book appointments during the holiday season. Multiple instances of no-shows on your record may result in an inability to secure future appointments with us. For individuals who have missed several appointments within the last six months and have missed their most recent appointment, booking an appointment with us will require payment for the missed appointment as well as a deposit equivalent to the total cost of your desired service.
