A common misconception is that when a dog comes in for a full shave down, they make a huge mess. WRONG. The real facility destroyer is the double coated dog coming in for a deshed bath and a coat blow out 😂

We are getting the work done, but we are also having tons of fun. Some dogs are so brave and helpful, they're pumping their own soap for me. And then other dogs are so nervous, I'm required to sit on the table so they can sit in my lap 🤷‍♀️ we do whatever it takes.

Siggy the Secretary just cannot believe it. He has ran the numbers, flipped through the calendar, triple checked, and pondered for hours! Siggy has come to realize things are going really well and the schedule is filling up faster than ever! The shop will be closed over Memorial weekend, so call or message ASAP to schedule an appointment. There are limited availabilities before June 😲😍

I can't miss out on a highlight of these 2 pals! Cruz was a little shy when he was adopted. His parents decided there was only 1 way to fix that, so they got their dog, a dog!! Cruz and Dolly have been inseparable ever since. Dolly was a professional at making her undercarriage available for a proper rinsing 😆😆

To the owners who are mortified when your dog jumps on the chairs when they walk in the door: I want you to know they're there for your pets comfort as well as your own. I've even turned them around to make people watching a bit easier. 👀🐕🙋‍♀️ Oh Fur Cute is a place for your pet to feel at home ❤️🏡

Chubs had me wrapped around his little toe bean. I swear this dog was as "flirty" as Pepè le Pew 🦨😍 His need for belly rubs delayed the process a time or two 😆🤷‍♀️

Ellie has mastered the guilt trip face 🥺🥺. Her before photo said "Please don't make me do this". Her bath photo said "I can't believe you're making me do this". Her after photo says "Dang....I kinda like this 😎😎".

Cooper couldn't BELIEVE how much hair came off himself. I think he wanted to jump into the fluff like it was a pile of leaves in the fall 🍂 🍁

Glennie's before and after was a 2 session effort. She has so much hair and it's so thick. Her owner was hopeful to get her thinned down to an easier maintenance with Glennies old age. It took 2 visits but we definitely got her shaped up and more practical for Spring! (Whenever it comes back anyway 🤭🤭🌨❄️☃️)

Another before and after of clean up the butt fluff! The request was to "Remove her bloomers" 🤭 So I did just that! But I had to throw in a couple extra photos because WOWZA....this is by far the most beautiful German Shepherd I've ever seen 😍

This girls mama was so sad. She couldn't find her sweet Tinkerbell! She knew she was under there somewhere and I found her!! She was ecstatic for her fresh clean style ❤️✂️🐾

Grooming Buddy was monumental or perhaps a milestone. Being in the Veterinary field for several years, I've heard SO many families say "I can't believe he/she is acting this way! They always do great at the groomer." And I have (unfortunately) assumed the groomer just tells owners what they want to hear. Well....I can now honestly say, Buddy still hates the Vet Clinic, but he really didn't mind the groomer 😍🐾😌

Ms.Daisy is a fluffy Golden Retriever. She needed burr resistant fur and her Mamma picked me for the job!! 🫡 This was an EXTREMELY satisfying before and after, however I never captured the "before" 🤦‍♀️ regardless, we said "Goodbye, grinch feet! So long, leg feathers! Bye bye, butt fluff!!" No more burrs for her 🥰🐾✂️

I didn't get my classic "before and afters" but I tell ya what, we had a good time. Forrest came out SO white!! Freya poses like a queen. I think goldendoodles are a thing of the past, and sheepadoodles are the future!! These 2 have me convinced everybody needs one! Gentle, tolerant, and sweet. That sums these two up ❤️🐾

I think Gus looks younger as he ages!! It probably helps that his mom provides him top quality care ☺️ She even brought him a fresh clean sweater to wear home from his day at the salon. 🥰🐾

Tucker, the puppy came in for his very 1st groom today! He was pretty excited when he got there. Slowly but surely he learned this whole grooming thing is hard work. At 1 point I think he felt like a drowned rat 😂 He was a very good boy and I look forward to watching him grow ❤️🐾

Always be cautious when putting your face up to a dog's. This is a prime example of how a sweet moment can turn into self defense in an instant. Turns out Olive is extremely aggressive....with her tongue 😝🐶

Bubba the lion! His parents wanted to get him cleaned up but REALLY like their shaggy boy to have long enough hair to style it. He was such a champ today! Can't wait to see him again 😍

Oh Chuck, you brought so much light to my day ☺️ Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm training the dogs, or if they're training me 😆🐾🤭

Mercy was my 1st Standard Poodle!! She had an awesome hair coat to work with. Mom does great maintenance between grooms. She turned out 'top knot-ch' 🤭 (the poodle fans will get it)

🔊Volume up🔊 Over the last couple days, I have been playing instrumental/soothing tones while I groom. I enjoy the peacefulness of it and hoped it would help relax some of the anxious pets. I guess it's working 🤷‍♀️😴
