Guess who is ready to find their forever home? SAHARA! 😍

When she was found in the home with her deceased guardian, 10-year-old Sahara was severely malnourished, her body dangerously thin after what authorities estimated was three weeks spent alone. Over the course of 5 months, she has been under the watchful eye of our in-house vet team and compassionately cared for by her loving foster family. Now, she is finally healthy enough to start the search for her FOREVER family!

Sahara has proven to be the world's biggest sweetheart, making friends easily, whether they are people or other pets. She is very people-oriented, and with the emotional pain of her past, it is best she has a home where someone is able to be with her more often than not. She is a snuggler and an attention hog, and it makes her all the more lovable. 🥰

Hi, it's me, Petey. We need to talk...

Am I doing something wrong that no one applies to be my forever family?

The nice folks who saved me from the shelter say it might be because of the way I look. They say I may be too labby looking for pittie people, and too pittie looking for lab people. I don't know what any of that means. I just know I try to be the bestest boy. And I know I'm very lucky to have a wonderful foster family. But I would really like to find my forever home.

Can you help me find them, please?

I'm about 2 years old. I get along with dogs, cats, and older children. I'm housetrained and a fun-loving, loyal adventure buddy who’s ready to steal your heart and never let go!

Hiya, I’m 12-year-old Cinnamon! 🤎

I am a delicate sweetheart full of warmth and affection. I am a lover, not a fighter. I love all the people I meet. I am also on friendly terms with all the other kitties and have been known to share a lap with other cuddly cats. If you ask me, though, I am all about that human connection. There is nothing that tops the feeling I get when I'm snuggling with my people, letting the soft strokes down my back lull me to sleep. I could do that all day, if you’re willing. Actually, I could probably find fulfillment if that’s all I did for the rest of my life.

But if you're looking for something else to do, I also LOVE to play! 😻 My favorite thing is chasing around those "dancing" wand toys. It really is amazing how entertaining a single string can be.

‘Sup? Charlie here. 😎 The coolest and cutest dude around (though I suppose I am a little biased).

I’m only 7, which is still pretty young. I am an upbeat and playful guy. I like to chase tennis balls, chew on antlers and Benebones, and tear up soft squeaky toys. I am a big lover of people and can be very affectionate. I am not very adventurous. I like routine, predictability, and stability, which makes me a bit of a homebody. I don’t yearn to explore a new park every weekend, or even venture too far from home. Ideally, I spend my days and nights with my family, in my own home/yard, chewing on an antler while our shows play or having a round of fetch in the backyard. Call me anti-social, but I call it keeping my circle small.

Some dogs want the world; I simply want one, tiny piece of it that feels like it is made just for me. Would you want to be the one(s) I consider my world? 🥺
