Sheryl Mayhew Photography and Art

Sheryl Mayhew Photography and Art As my love of nature grew.. so did my love of photography. I have created a page to share with all who enjoys the views through my eyes.

Give Sheryl Mayhew a camera in her hand and a wilderness path under her feet, and she's a blissful girl. A self-taught nature photographer, she's inspired by the raw, unfiltered, purest forms of the natural world. Spending hours in the fields of northern Illinois, she seeks to capture the beauty of the wild. Birds of prey, flora and fauna, old barns and structures, rivers, streams, sunrises, and s

unsets. She volunteers at the McHenry County Conservation Resource Wildlife Center. Her other hobbies include: camping, hiking, birding, and most anything outdoors. She's the grounds keeper of her own personal zoo, and is a proud, single-mother hen to three beautiful chicks. Sheryl thanks you for your precious time and happily invites you to peer through her lens and see the world through her eyes on her Fine Art Photography and Artist Page. http://2-sheryl-smith.pixels.com/

"🌟 Celebrating International Women's Day with pride! πŸ’ͺ As a single mom to three incredible daughters and blessed with three amazing granddaughters ( and 3 handsome grandsons), I've had the honor of witnessing the strength, resilience, and boundless potential of women firsthand. Today, I salute these remarkable women who inspire me every day. Together, we're not just raising daughters and granddaughters, but future leaders, change-makers, and trailblazers. Let's empower them with the values of inclusivity, compassion, and the courage to carve their own paths while uplifting others. Here's to breaking barriers, shattering stereotypes, and paving the way for a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow. Happy International Women's Day! 🌸✨ "
