These 2 sweet bonded seniors are still at their owners home who sadly passed away. In Federal Way WA.
Sophie is a 9 year old spayed vaccinated chihuahua mix and her bestie is Gabbie a 12 year old beagle fixed and vaccinated.
They are gentle and sweet. Love being with people.

They have a doggies door and a wonderful friend of the woman, who goes over there 2 times a day for a few hours to spend time with them and feed them.
These 2 furbabies are probably still waiting for their momma to come home. Heartbreaking.
The kind friend is a senior and she had been caring for them since July at their owners house who passed away. She needs help.

She would like them to go together to a home. They use the doggie dog and are housebroken.

Please can anyone reach out to the kind lady caring for them to help or take them into a loving home...

Not second chance dogs. Posting to help find owners.

I found these two wondering the street all day and was able to get them last night. Found on 9-5 on 166th and Park in Spanaway. Took them to vet, they are not chipped. Both are young males fully intact. Brown one is friendly, black one is shy. They are sweet little boys. Please reach out to me if you know who they belong to. 925-989-6559 or [email protected]. They are currently safe and comfortable with me, I cannot keep them, if family is not found by Monday I will take them to the human society.

KIRA IS A SECOND CHANCE DOG! SHE'S A WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL GENTLE SOUL. SHE'S GREAT WITH EVERYONE AND ALL ANIMALS...parrots, cats, dogs all sizes, chickens, goats etc... Shes only 17 months old. She' presently going through an in house obedience training with a professional and will come out with perfect manners. She's an Anatolian Shepherd. She needs a fenced yard preferably 5-6 feet high. This is a courtesy post for the finders of a super sweet young husky. He was found 2 weeks ago and is posted as found at a shelter and facebook by the finders. He is not a scd dog.
They are away that they need to actively look and post for the owners for at least a month.
But they are unable to keep him much longer so are looking for someone to take him in to foster while he is posted looking for his family.
They named him Nannook.
Found at Flaming Geyser in Auburn WA he is still a puppy maybe a year old.
He is loving, gentle, playful and great with other dogs.
Finders will be going out of town so they need to find him a rescue, foster or shelter. Many are full.
He is housetrained but not yet neutered.
If you can foster him for the good Samaritans who found him or would like to give him a forever home after he is posted for another 2 weeks, please contact

This is a courtesy post for Dennis and Buck. They are not SCD dogs, owner lives in Lacy. Owner adopted these two from a high kill shelter in Los Angeles. After having them for a few months she realized adding these two to her already 3 pack dogs was more than she expected. Dennis the cocker spaniel mix is 13, Buck the chiweenie is 10, both are nutered and current on vaccines . Both dogs are crate trained, leash trained and child friendly. They are house broken but do have occasional accidents in the home. Dennis is a bit of a counter surfer if it can be reached by him, they have sweet personalities, although at first they will be shy and have anxiety, a senior owner would be good for these two.

This is a courtesy post for 2 senior dogs. They do not need to be adopted together.
The owner needs to move out of state and is already out of state for a month while her granddaughter is feeding caring for the dogs.
Sweetheart and Blackie are chihuahuas.
Blackie is neutered but sweetheart isn't spayed.
They will potty outside or on a peepad. They are about 13 years old.
Sweetheart is an applehead chihuahua and Blackie is a chihuahua but looks like a chiwienie. A retired person who would like to have their companion dog with them and to spoil would be ideal.
These are not scd dogs.

Urgent Post! Jack Russell chihuahua female spayed in Auburn wa will be homeless tonight!!!
Owner has been trying to find a shelter or rescue for her 7-9 year old dog Lucy for weeks she said but they have run out of time.

Today, Second Chance Dogs is grieving the loss of our beloved BELLA. Oh sweet little Bella, you will be missed.
She was taken in by us about 13 years ago, at the age of 3: a hopeless case scheduled to be euthanized. She was a horrific case of dog neglect, and cruelty. We weren't sure if she would even recover. She was only about 8 pounds, skin and bones and almost no hair at all. She should have weighed about 17 pounds.
Oh, but that little Bella was a survivor, and not about to give up
on the challenges of life. She took her meds and thrived on the love and care that was lavished on her. She was a little trooper.
Bella was into her fourth month of rehabilitation when Alice just happened to swing by the foster mom's home. Belle fell in love instantly and I honestly believe that Alice was hooked that day. It only took a few more visits before Alice couldn't leave the house without taking Bella home with her FOREVER.
I watched Bella thrive for 13 years. What a wonderful life Alice and John gave her. She was always Bella, BUT she was also "Miss Prissy Pants," trotting down the street, on the leash, taking John and Alice for a walk. She was so happy, stopping to visit neighbors along the way. We all knew and loved her.
The Lord says, "Well done, good and faithful servant" and then he takes our sweet companions to heaven. This morning, Bella crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. We will miss you, dear, sweet, little Bella.
Our hearts and prayers go out to John and Alice, and to Tucker, the other little rescue dog who loved Bella.
