Life has been crazy busy!!! My staff has been amazingly holding down the place for me. Adoptions are happening and more babies are welcomed into our program everyday. We had a great time getting sun out in blue lake this weekend at an adoption event. We can’t thank all of our supporters enough for the love they continue to give to us. And look at all these new homes we’ve been able to place new family members into. We love what we do❤️❤️❤️NORCALPETRESCUE.

Just got done giving Momma kitty and all her babies bathes. These Seven were part of the horrific hoarding case of over 50 cats living in one small van. Kitties were having to stand on each other to fit. Momma was skin and bones when we got her. There wasn’t water or food available to them. I can’t imagine the smell. She is absolutely the sweetest kitty. All she wants is to be petted and loved. So much work goes into helping the animals that don’t have a voice. Laws need to change. We need to do better. This time of year is the hardest. Babies are being born faster than all of us can help. Get your Pets Spayed and Neutered!!!!NORCALPETREACUE❤️❤️❤️

Sweet Momma kitty gave birth to 6 Healthy babies so far. This sweet gal was part of an extreme hoarding case. She came to us looking ready to pop. She had fleas, worms and giradia. We left at 6:45 am and just now got back fed and bedded everyone and picked ticks off the pug. Can’t wait to see all the unique sweet personalities start to shine. We go through a 7 day medication/ preventative care before we start showing these dogs. If you think you may be interested in one you have to have an approved application and set up an appointment to meet them. Please be kind. Soooo much more goes on behinds the scenes. We’ve got about two weeks left before these littles will be up for adoption. Mom is around 15lbs and a complete sweetheart. Dad could possibly be the mailman, pool man, or the next door neighbor. 😂 What we do know is mom is not a barker. She is a great role model and gets along with every dog she has met. If you are interested in one of these pups I would highly suggest you get an application in and approved asap because these babies won’t last long. Does anyone have a children’s nebulizer or a puppy oxygen chamber we could borrrow. Chance is in respiratory distress. He is currently at Mack Animal Care Center being treated but we are unsure if he will pull through. He will need to come home tonight to be with his momma. 😢
