I've managed to trap 3 ferals in 12 hours with only 2 traps. It helps that they have been regularly hanging out on this porch being fed for months, 2 were captured within 10 minutes of the trap being set. If only I had a transfer cage in my vehicle at the time. From what I've observed each visit, there's at least 4 more. Live and learn! The cage at home looks so cute with a family of 3, mamma (or big sister looks just like the babies) pappa (and or big brother/uncle) and one of the little ones pictured below. They get free bed and breakfast for the holiday weekend until TCAP opens on Tuesday 😺

Does anyone local have any cat traps? There are several young ferals being fed outside a client's house that need to be sterilized

Oops, I did it again... meet Charlie. I just picked him up from his previous owner who had contacted Red River Old English Sheepdog Rescue for rehoming. He's still a puppy, about 8 months old. I agreed to foster him since I have so much time on my hands. Well, not really that much time but enough to make room for him. I have a dog room and a dog friendly home with occasional 4 legged guests so it seemed like a good idea to help him with socialization. He is already crate trained and will be going to the vet next week for a full check up and vaccinations along with sterilization as soon as possible. He is very shy and sweet. He hasn't met my cats yet. It seems like he's never seen a TV before based on his fearful reaction, but that will be quickly remedied. More postings to come with links on how to apply for adoption.
