Did you wonder why we have been a bit silent again? I promise it’s not on purpose!

So we have had a crazy month or so…
Tax season,
We are still car shopping, 🛒 🚘
We are still healing from the car accident in January, but finally on upwards swings,
One of us got her own apartment, 🏡
We are going to be grandparents again,
We got engaged! 💍
I am sure there are also so many other items in our list, but these are our highlights! 💡

We will be getting back into the swing again soon and we have a wedding to plan and a grandbaby to spoil, so sales are coming!

Anyone ever have that unexpected thing happen that is just so bizarre you have to ask yourself “teally?”

Tonight it was all calm, we had just finished dinner and talking to Melinda about logistics for car juggling, work and pickups. Then wham-O one of our cats gets tangled in the Christmas tree I had planned to decorate for Easter. Let’s just say we used bolt cutters on our tree, got to visit the ER Vet and just now trying to calm down. Our cat is ok and currently drugged. They told me to keep him calm and limited for 2-5 days. Melinda’s kittens are ok but all the ruckus and screaming scared them to death.

I laughed at the vet because again Anakin is full force, full climber and likes to jump a lot. This is Baby Anakin howling at the lights. Anakin jumping on the China cabinet and then him laughing on our kitchen cabinets. She told me to crate him… I guess I will think about that in the am.

Good morning, Everyone! If you are new to our page, we are typically a little more active, but we all know life happens.

We wanted to take a few minutes to share our “why” again and what’s happening the next month. Years ago Cassey was working way too many hours and was losing the time she so craved for her artistic outlet. She was making floral and grapevine wreaths along with hand painted wood wreaths. One day she decided to start selling her pieces after lots of dragging her feet.

We tried several selling outlets over 15 years+ and struggled with crazy life changes through it all. We are still here, but have slowed down again with the holidays, making family priority and some health issues. We are going to pause the middle of December while Cassey goes through another spine surgery. We plan to return after the first of the year, but we will see how things go over the next month.

We have been with our family for a few days and had to miss several events recently. If you know me, you know that I was sad but had to choose family. We want to thank you and let you all know you are so important for us and our small business.

We will be taking our items a car load at a time to The Painted tree in Frisco starting tomorrow morning. We have wreaths, centerpieces, bows and decorations galore. We are missing the shopping today because I honestly we need a day to just try to get caught up and mentally relax.

We will also have custom orders open until the middle of December to help you with your decorating or gift needs. Custom wreaths start at $50 and centerpieces start at $40.
