It’s with the heaviest of hearts I have to share that Cappacino crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday afternoon surrounded by so much love and sorrow.
Cappy suffered from severe epilepsy and after medication trial, changes and even seeing specialists his family made the most selfless decision to let him go. No more seizures, no more medications, no more pain.
This boy was WANTED from the moment his forever mama saw him on the euthanasia list.
She sent me his picture and a text requesting to pull him and the rest was history. She spent so much time, money, and tears trying to get him stable from the brutal disease and he was still having the most ruthless break through seizures. Watching this family and Cappy go through this has been devastating.
I hope every dog experiences the love of a family like Cappy did. Pup cups, beach trips, bed snuggles, walks and car rides. Everything a rescue pup could dream of, and in return he loved his people so hard.
We will forever meet him greeting us with his tongue out and barking at the door and the nose boops.
Rip sweet boy.
Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers as they have a cappacino sized hole in their hearts.
