Meet Ms. Piper aka "The Sweetie Pie" 🐾❤️

Piper is a super sweet lady that does great on a leash and loves cruising around in the car. She is a super, duper big fan of people - loves, loves, loves her humans, but will need to be the only pet in your home.

Piper is a 2 years old Border/Shar Pei/Boxer mix and was owner-surrendered on 5/14/24 due to the owner's health issues. Her adoption is sponsored so there is no fee to bring this sweetie pie home with you.

Piper is up to date on her shots, heart worm negative, and spayed. Foster and foster to adopt programs are available.

Bubby was owner surrendered this morning at no fault to Bubby (his owner claimed that they could no longer care for him). According to Bubby's former owner he is house/potty trained & ready for a new home.

He will need to be neutered before full adoption. If you'd like to meet Mr. Bubby, please call Keith at 931-473-2355 to set up a time!

Poppy was brought back to Animal Control after her owner took off and left her abandoned in a hotel room on 12-27-24. She's potty trained & does great with people. Super sweet girl.

She is spayed, about 1-2 yo, & a husky/shepherd mix.

She is currently in a foster home & is doing great, but really needs her forever home! Her adoption is sponsored so there is no fee to take this sweet girl home with you.

💚🐾 Meet Sarge 🐾💚

Sarge is a handsome, young mixed breed dog that is ready to WORK! He loves getting to stretch his legs and take in all the sights and smells around the farm.

Sarge is very active and will need someone to engage him mentally and physically. He would benefit from some basic obedience work to help with jumping and leash manners. He's an all-around happy guy who needs a job.

If you need a companion that's ready for adventure, Sarge is the guy for you!

Sarge is a Catahoula mix that weighs approximately 50 lbs and is 1 1/2 years old. Catahoula's are known to be intelligent, inquisitive, energetic, loving, independent, and gentle.

Sarge has been at the shelter since 2-20-24 & is neutered. His adoption is sponsored so there is no fee to take this wonderful boy home with you.

🎙 TO OUR COMMUNITY 🎙

Dear Community, our city shelter is FULL. These dogs need you! ❤️🙏

Many wonderful community members have stepped up and are fostering our shelter babies, but we need to find more foster homes. If you have the room and capacity we ask that you would please consider giving one of our shelter dogs a loving home.

Below are two more girls that were brought in today as surrenders. They are both female Great Pyrenees, 1 1/2 years old, and up to date on their shots. The darker girl is Ace and the lighter girl in Skie.

These dogs need your help; please call Keith at 931-473-2335 if you can open your home to a shelter pup.

✨ IN MEDICAL FOSTER TO ADOPT PROGRAM✨

❤️🐾 Meet Little Ms. Tiny 🐾❤️

Tiny is a full blooded German Shepherd that LOVES her humans. She is currently looking for a person or family that will be a medical foster for her. Tiny has a rear leg injury that will require amputation. She's not worried about the surgery since she is super mobile on three legs, but is eager to get out of the shelter and on with her life!

Tiny is picky about her dog friends, so we do recommend that Tiny is the only doggo in her new home.

If you are the right person to help this beautiful and loving lady out, please call Keith at McMinnville Animal Control at 931-472-2553. We can't wait to see Tiny in the home she deserves!

Tiny is about two years old and 35lbs. She is spayed and up to date on her shots. Both her surgery and adoption fee are paid for so there is no cost to take this wonderful girl home with you. ❤️

It is extremely important that citizens of McMinnville call McMinnville Animal Control at 931-473-2553 if you have an animal nuisance complaint, stray dog tip, or need to surrender a dog. 📞☎️

It is our staff's job to collect the necessary information and then physically come to the site to pick up the animal(s) in question. 🦸‍♂️

PLEASE DO NOT bring dogs to the shelter without contacting our staff - we cannot stress how important this is!📞☎️

This handsome gentlemen came to the shelter earlier this week and is now available for our foster and foster to adopt programs!

Togo is a friendly and smart young Husky pup that knows his basic commands and rides wonderfully in the car. He's definitely a keeper so don't let this wonderful boy slip through your fingers! 🐶
