Sweet Ned finally made it here for training!! Unfortunately when I came back from my clinic the truck broke down and I had to leave my demo donks and sweet Ned in marana for a couple weeks. They finally made it home today! Starting tomorrow i will be working with Ned everyday. He will hopefully gain some confidence and learn how to do the basics very nicely. Can't wait to start on this pretty boy.

Day one with this pretty girl! I didn't get many good videos because of camera angle but she did so well!!

I got first touches and she is incredibly curious. She loves facing me and as soon as I release pressure she likes to turn and face me straight on. I likely won't be able to work her tomorrow because I'll be out of town, but she's such a breath of fresh air. So calm and kind 🥰

Meet Dandelion aka Dandy ♥️

This pretty girl is the first blm donk I've got straight from wild in a long time. She is a big girl standing 13hh and will hopefully be my next riding partner. She's from Johnnie nv and a 2019 model. She's already incredibly calm. I can't wait to see how far we come together 🥰

EXCITING NEWS!!!!

I am so excited to announce that I will be heading to Chile for the month of February to train a couple cute burros and put on at least one riding/trick demo during their national barrel racing finals!

I was invited about a month ago and this is an opportunity I couldn't pass up. Because of this, I will not be able to take any clients at all in February, but I will be back march 1st and can accept some then!!

I will also be doing some sort of fundraiser/auction very soon to help raise money for my plane ticket so keep an eye out for that!!

Pretty Alexa got her tail brushed today! It was a giant knot so it's much better now. She still has a small knot in it, but tomorrow it'll likely come out. She also got tied for the first time today and she pulled pretty bad so I put the rope around her girth so she doesn't hurt herself and she learned pretty quick. She'll need the rope at least once more but I'm happy with her progress. It took almost an hour to get her whole tail brushed out, but it's worth it 🥰 she's slightly mad at me now, but hopefully she'll learn to like being brushed soon.

Update on kermit!!!

Kermit has been doing wonderful since he left my program. They have had a few bumps along the way but he's become such a nice little donkey. I was able to see sweet Kermit at my clinic this past weekend and I even got to ride him and he does so well!! He has definitely gained a lot of confidence and will hopefully continue to do so. Danielle McDaniel takes Kermit to gymkanas and they get to learn with each other. I absolutely love to see their progress and can't wait to see what these 2 accomplish together in the future 🥰

Yesterday's clinic was a success!! I'll post pictures as I get them these next few days 🥰

There are definitely some improvements that will be made for the next one, but it was such a great start and so much fun. I got to meet so many wonderful people and their beautiful donkeys. It was a wonderful day!

Unfortunately I broke down on my way home today so I won't be able to continue training until I make it home which might be a few days.

I am in the process of getting another clinic going more towards the queen creek area tho so I'll get that info out soon hopefully!
