Meet Mario!

Mario is a year old black and white male! When Mario first came to Cat House McPherson, he was actually pretty timid and was wary of people. Over time, he and his sister slowly came out of their shells and started to get to know their surroundings. When Mario’s sister was adopted, he decided to take a leap of faith and started to explore our free roam room and make new friends, cats and humans alike. Now Mario is an absolute social butterfly! He’s always ready to greet new people with a plethora of “love me” meows and a desire for pets. He’s a really playful cat when he gets ahold of his favourite toy, a catnip filled beanbag, but loves a good nap in the sun on a lazy day.

If you’re interested in a lifetime best friend, come and meet Mario! He definitely wants to meet you! He’s so excited to find his forever home to give and get all the love he can!

Meet Zenny!

Zenny is a year old female tuxedo kitty! When Zenny first joined us here at the Cat House, she was pretty shy. But now her amazing personality is shining through! Zenny can usually be found napping on her favourite chair. She is a fun mix of chill and social. She loves to nap and enjoy her free time, but when she’s up and around, she loves to come greet you and say hi! Zenny has the cutest pink nose and the roundest yellow eyes. She’s also a people watcher and loves to observe both her cat friends and her human friends! When you enter the shelter, you can be sure that one of the first cats to greet you will be Zenny!

If you are interested in a new cuddle buddy and conversationalist, Zenny’s your girl! If you’re interested, reach out! She’s so excited to join her new family on the couch for a nap.

Meet Muffin!

Muffin is an 8 month old tabby! When Muffin was just two weeks old, she and her four siblings were taken in by us and raised up with her mama, Pancake! Over time, her siblings were adopted out and now it's just her and her mom waiting for their furever home! Muffin loves to greet new friends and take cuddle naps with her mama. She will always be waiting at the door for breakfast and treats! Muffin is the softest cat ever and loves pets and head scratches. She has the cutest greeting meow and definitely loves to go to town on a toy when she feels like getting some energy out.
