The pups have an important message!

🫣Storms are coming, prepare now....⛈️🌪

Collars and info on dogs
Make sure pottied and secure
Microchipped and registered
Safe room, t.v. or radio and crate( make a den)
Sedatives on hand, if needed
Ample supply of food and water
Check fencing before and after storm, before letting dogs out
Only take dogs out on secure leash( if necessary) while storming

Rescue pups will be in the house tonight, crated in ruffland kennels with toys, blankets, t.v. on, collars and microchipped all in system. I have water and food ready. I have calming chews and Trazadone for all and safe places for all.

It could be very dangerous. I plan for the worst and pray for the best. Please prepare now.

Keep your four legged friends safe and all humans too! Praying for all, stay safe!

Happy Friday from Sh**uns hunting ears🐾👀😂!

He had a full day! Got him a pesky mole(it lived to tell it's harrowing story), talked with some turtles 🐢(there were 5 floating around) and contemplated snake 🐍 flinging! Now it's nap time!

This character deserves the best home. He keeps us laughing and is the best boy! We know his home is out there!

Our rescue, other than a lot of people wanting to give me their dogs, has had zero interest. There are no donations or applications coming in. No interest at all. It has been almost a year since we had one of our kids adopted. We have no community support.🥺

Today was a hard day😭

I sprung Oliver about 8 years ago from AC. He was an owner surrender and said to be aggressive. I always take that with a grain of salt. He was definitely spicy and loved other animals and only certain humans, like 3🤣. Once I commit they're mine.

Because of his unpredictable behavior I couldn't adopt him out. Although he had plenty of offers, he was a cutie. He was a sanctuary dog. Which was fine. He lived life on his terms and I met him where he was at and respected his wishes. He was happy.

We had great walks, when he was in the mood and scritches and cuddles on his terms always. He loved talking back, sun bathing and napping with his favorite stuffy and blanket.

I loved him and all of him. He was a force to be reckoned with. Each of these beautiful souls teaches me something always. Oliver lived life to the fullest, on his terms. I am grateful I was chosen to be his "mom".

Run free Sir Oliver, until we meet again🐾🩵

We were up and at the vet bright and early to finish up our last shots to get rid of those nasty heartworms! That is something to celebrate!
