If you love looking at Christmas lights like I do, I recommend visiting Shining Light Through The Darkness, located in Mifflin County. It's dog friendly and they added some new features this year. I attached their entertainment and events schedule. It was a great way to decompress. We walked it twice averaging about 2 miles. Otis loved it! 🎄

Sharing with you one of my bucket list adventures I fulfilled today. I've been wanting to see The Miracle of Christmas at Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster for years. It's always sold out so I called in October. The staff gave us aisle seats so I could see the animals walk past and I so wish I could have taken pictures to share! Due to policy I couldn't. They used real camels, donkeys, doves, horses, lamas, parrots, and sheep. The angels flying across the theater were absolutely mesmerizing. It was spectacular! If you get a chance to see it, please do. The last photo was a cross in the sky my husband noticed when we left.
Back to the grind tomorrow! 🐾

It's a tight week! Thank you to my wonderful clients for having flexible schedules to allow me to take a day off without the guilt and still getting almost everyone in! I'm looking forward to knocking something off of my bucket list Thursday! ♥️

Order availability for Christmas treats is almost filled. I can do a few more orders if anyone is interested. Ingredients will be purchased at the beginning of December. I'm offering 4 kinds per request...apple/peanut butter, apple/pumpkin, plain peanut butter, and banana/oatmeal.

The kitchen smells of fresh apples and pumpkin for special treats for all of my dog clients on Halloween tomorrow. 🎃 I have something special for the scaredy cats, too! Otis is less than amused on the gate I had to get to keep him out of the kitchen. I apologize for not offering treats to sell this holiday! Time got away from me. If anyone is interested in Thanksgiving and/or Christmas ones, let me know via pm or text! I also do ones for the felines. 😺

What a wonderful turnout for the Howloween parade! It was so fun seeing all of the little ones so excited and all of the pups dressed up and those pups with their people just watching the parade. We had so much fun that I didn't even take photos so here's one of the treat dealer prior. 😉

*Just like humans, weather changes can also affect your pets especially when dealing with arthritis. Keeping them active DAILY eases inflammation as does a healthy diet.

What a fun time tonight at the Howloween parade! I hope I got all of the dogs that participated with Shepherd Run Obedience Training. How cute are the dogs AND owners that dressed up?! I ran out of candy on the first round but hope to see you next Wednesday at the Lewistown parade! Oh, and check out Rocky Ridge Ranch. In my opinion, a parade isn't a parade without horses. 🎃🐾🐴

We're getting ready for the "Howloween" parade tomorrow in McVeytown. I'm packing the candy and Otis wanted to join in too so he has his goodie bags for any dogs we see there tomorrow along the route. ♥️ We'll be walking to support Shepherd Run Obedience Training so look for all the spooky Shepherds and other dog goblins. 🐾👻

Remember the kitten that was dropped off at my parents' home that we were trying to find a home for? Thank you for the shares, by the way! Well, she's staying. She's a wonderful companion for my Mom who "isn't a cat person" but is now. 😁
