This is a very busy season for us, here are a few things to keep in mind for your upcoming holiday appointment:

•Appointments could run 30-60 minutes longer than you are used to. If you are on a time crunch and need your furry friend back by a certain time, please let us know so we can accommodate you.

•We have limited space and lots of dogs coming through this next week. It is vital that you pick up your family member in a timely fashion. We allow 45-60 minutes for pickup before there is a boarding/babysitting fee applied.

Communication is key. If you need special accommodations please let us know at drop off so we can make those arrangements for you.

**NEW POLICY**

Due to a recent, major increase in no-shows, we will have to start implementing a no-show policy.

We understand that life happens but if you cannot make your scheduled appointment please inform us as soon as possible. The more time we have to fill an appointment slot, the better.

If you do not call to inform us you will be missing your appointment, you will be required to pay for your next appointment, in its entirety, prior to scheduling.
