The 4th of July is fast approaching! While it’s a fun time for family and friends, the noise from fireworks can be extremely stressful for many pets. If your dog or cat experiences anxiety during loud events, we recommend planning ahead now. We offer safe, veterinarian-approved calming medications to help make the holiday more comfortable for your pet.

Today, Diva the cat was ready to channel her inner Elizabethan royalty, showing off her stylish e-collar at her appointment!

Meet Ruffus — a sweet, goofy, and curious 1.5-year-old neutered male beagle ready for his forever home! With his playful energy and expressive eyes, he wins over everyone he meets, especially if toys or yard time are involved.

Ruffus enjoys the simple things: making dog friends, chasing critters, shredding cardboard, and napping in silly poses. He’s potty trained, crate trained (crate included), healthy, and up to date on vaccines. Daily walks and mental stimulation keep him at his best.

Previously good with kids, Ruffus gets along well with dogs and lives peacefully with a cat in his foster home—curious but gentle.

Dogs: Loves them—would enjoy a playmate
Cats: Curious, but respectful
Kids: Good past experience
Faves: Sniffing, cardboard, goofy naps
