HERE WE GO! Spring group classes will be starting first week of June! This is a 5 week program. Obedience level 2 and puppy classes level 1 with distractions!

Monday evenings as follows:
6-7 pm medium/ large breeds
7:15-8:15 small breed / puppies

Wednesdays
6-7 small breed /puppies
7:15-8:15 med/large breeds

For signing up and more information call. 631-566-1303
Graduates can join any of the classes as a drop in, but must let us know in advance ! Spaces are limited !

The ageism that causes seniors to be passed over is a prejudice without merit, as oftentimes it’s the older dog that is best suited for a happy household and a lasting marriage of dog and family.

And again another defeat at the dog park?! I’ve made the calls to star and other area rescues to help me!

This is a way to teach yr dog to walk along side of you. Use yr fence so when you stop they learn to sit at ur side Not in front of behind you. But next to you! Great job Bella and Harley! Bear in mind Harley is a major puller and jumper and will alligator roll if possible ! One session and watch Bella have the control o er her ! Very proud of you Bella!

This is Mandy finally learned how to walk like a lady on the leash! As you can see leash is no longer under her bell! Very good David and ms Mandy!

This is Mena and Mack perfect consistency is the key!

One session with Eli and his family great job Joselyn and Eli! . He just needs to know who’s the alpha and who’s not!

This is called consistency and practice! Very proud of my girls Nova Pheniox and Lynn!

An hour earlier these dogs could not get close to each other without going crazy! Now look at them !

Playtime at end of class! They live the tunnels!

If you make learning a game, they learn the commands faster!

This is Cash! When he first came to my group class he couldn’t focus was so stressed and crazy, I told his handler Nope he can’t do groups yet! We instead started private sessions and he is doing amazing! More to do but he’s coming along !

This is how we do agility training! It teaches your dog to “look “at you and follow your lead! Snd that bonds you two! Great job Lynn and Nova

This is Christian with his very large puppy! Great job !

The most important thing you can do for your dog is to have a good bond with them. So we teach them to focus on you. Which is “look at me”. These children have done this perfectly! And worked everyday with there dogs! Great job Annalia and Christian! So proud of you both! I’ll post Christian next!

So I was abit tougher on this group tonight and took away agility so they could really get the “look at me “, while walking , and look ,sit ,stay . They did good! So then they got to play! Good job! They’re all just learning agility!
