Many of you remember. Sasha Elizabeth Conrad. She was an incredibly sweet, generous and kind person. She passed away recently and it broke my heart. She never complained about her illness so her passing was such a surprise. She was so selfless and always made sure to make everyone around her feel good even people like me who she would only know online. She always commented and has a supportive word on my youtube videos. She inspired me and kept me going. She was very talented and knitted me a mini-Bella which I treasure. Her mother reached out to me and told me that she had made a mini-Selma which she was planning to send to me on Selma's Gotcha day. She also wrote a beautiful card. Her mother sent the mini-Selma to me and I'm so very grateful. I will treasure it forever and it will always remind me what a wonderful and special friend Sasha was.

Bunnies looking for Forever homes!
My friend in California rescued 3 bunnies from a high kill shelter. They are safe and loved at the moment but they need forever homes. She has 3 bunnies of her own so she can not keep them.
They are Coconut, Snowball and Pookie. Coconut and Pookie are bonded, they are all chipped, neutered and vaccinated and real gentleman, sweet as ever, they went through a lot. Snowball was mourning his brother and was depressed, and now he has a cuddle bear he sleeps next to.
They are the most adorable bunnies. Please pass the word to any people willing to foster or give these babies forever home. Or kow any rescues in the California area near North Edwards. Contact Alina Nikita.

🐾 Our Volunteers Have Spoken! 🐾

At Almost Home, our dedicated volunteers pour their hearts into caring for our adorable adoptables. They've witnessed the charm and sweetness of each furry friend, and today, we're delighted to share their thoughts!

Here's what Michelle has to say about Fudge the bunny:

🌟 "I’ve been with Almost Home for about a year, and I have the pleasure of spending time with our rabbits in the critter room. Fudge is our newest resident. He found himself here after living outdoors with another rabbit who has since found her forever home.

Fudge is a little timid at first but quickly warms up as you sit with him and spend time with him. He’s a little adventurer and loves to explore his surroundings. My favorite thing to do with him is lay next to him and just spend time with him. He will hop around me and check out what is happening. He ends his journey right back where he started and enjoys some pets and some veggies.

Each day I spend with him, I learn more and more about how much of a love bug he is. He is super sweet and friendly and gets along well with other rabbits. Fudge would be a great addition to any home - why not sweeten up your Valentine’s Day with Fudge! 🐰💕"

Merry Christmas from the Almost Home bunnies! All of these bunnies are still looking for a Christmas present of a forever home. They also need donations to pay for food and care. The beautiful 4 girls all need help to be spay too. You can donate directly through their website.
