This year has been a year of record growth and major change, and your patience, grace, and support as we roll with the punches and work out the kinks has been admirable.

We cannot thank you enough for being part of our 2024, in whatever capacity that meant. Our Customers and Taxidermists for their continued support and patronage, the conversations and stories we share with you all, the most powerful advertisement which is your word of mouth, and most importantly for you allowing us to be able to do what we are passionate about.

We understand how much meaning each skull has, and we thank you for trusting us to turn that into something you can reminisce on forever.

Arrow also would like to personally thank all of you who give him pets and attention when you stop in. 🐾 He will now have to share those pets as we just added to our pack - Cowboy cannot wait to meet you!

The 2024 season is in full swing and we are here for it! We have been non-stop but we are thriving (mostly on caffeine) and ready for some more skulls!

‼️Reminder/changes for this year‼️
-Operating both locations (Medford and Merrill) for drop off and pick up as normal.
-Medford continues to be a 24/7, self service access set up.
-We will be having in person hours in Medford on Monday the 25th. (8am-3pm)
-Merrill continues to be staffed full-time/in person.
(If you want to come check out our new Merrill location or Merrill is easier for you, for best accuracy, search in maps, “Team Smackdown Outdoors Headquarters.”)

***2024/2025 updates***

We are excited to officially be up and running in TWO locations. Continue reading for the details!

We are looking forward to all your familiar and new faces in our new location, but will continue to serve you in Medford, too!

•Customers are able to drop off and/or pick up at either location in Medford or Merrill.
-The Medford location will be self-service, 24/7 access. We will still have limited in-person office hours.
-Roughly October-April, there will be weekly, in person hours and you can find these hours by reaching out directly or checking our page where they will be posted for that week.

•Merrill will be our full time location.

-Medford address is the one still on this page.

•Medford 24/7 access : we have added a lean too with everything you need. On the freezer you will find drop off instructions and all needed supplies. This area will also be used for pick up.

•We have a required two week pick up window, after you have been updated your item is done. (Unless otherwise discussed, case by case basis.)

•We also will continue to do cerakote projects, hydrodipping, and custom air brush work! We love brining all your cool ideas to life!

To be operating at the capacity we are is humbling and exciting and we have you all to thank for that!

(We will still have a 24/7 accessible pick up and drop off station established, but will always offer some in person office hours!)

We’ve already had the skulls start rolling in, and we are so excited for another season!

Once again, our customers delivered!

We reminded you to get your pew pew projects to us now before our busiest season for a shorter turn around time! We always have and always will take all pew pew projects all year long, but we are doing one last call for anything your wanting done and back to you in the shortest turn around time!

We got some pretty neat, custom requests, our favorite!

Fourteen years since I, (Erin) signed the dotted line and not an Independance Day has gone by that I don’t get the chills from what this day means. Watching soldiers from so many decades before me march in arms still brings me to tears and it’s a true honor to know we shared fighting for the same goal in one form or another. Our freedom!🇺🇸

In this world we live in, I don’t care what you believe or stand for, but don’t forget the Fourth of July is a reminder of the sacrifices made, the battles fought, and the comrades lost.

***2024 UPDATES***
Effective January 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a TWO WEEK pick up requirement. This means after we call you to let you know your product is done, you will have TWO Weeks to come pick up.

We have tried so hard to avoid this, but unfortunately we get taken advantage of more often than we'd like to admit, and our accounts receivable at one single time has begun to be far too significant.

**We will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for out of State customers, situational circumstances, etc.

On a lighter note - as of now, we are still working out of our Medford facility full-time. However, the transition timeline is in full force and we will update you as soon as we have more for you.
