Spot Light on Pink Girl!

At 13 weeks old, Pink Girl is a wonderful combination of smart, spunky, playful, and cuddly. She has excellent eye contact, learns quickly, and is a pro at "sit for attention." She is making great progress on potty training and sleeping in her crate at night. Her amazing soft fleece coat falls in gentle waves, and her striking caramel coloring gives us her lovely green eyes.

One of my favorite activities - field trip to Home Depot for socialization! The puppies are safe in the stroller since they aren't yet fully vaccinated, but they get all the benefit of new sights, sounds, and smells - and of course lots of oo's and ah's from the humans ❤️

I never get tired of watching puppy piles! ❤️ Macy's puppies are 11 days old and have more than doubled their birth weight.

Their eyes are very close to opening. Stay tuned to find out the winner of this litter's "Jeepers Creepers" (first puppy to open its peepers) award!

Macy's puppies are one week old today! It's always amazing how quickly the time passes.

We sadly lost little Red Girl a couple days ago to an unsurvivable heart defect. After all our best efforts, she just was not thriving. A trip to our vet confirmed our fear that she had a significant heart murmur, and we made the difficult decision to say goodbye so she didn't have to suffer any longer.

We are taking great joy in watching the remaining seven puppies growing big and strong. ❤️
