I LOVE when Laura sends me updates and pictures of her boys Chase & Chestnut that she adopted yrs ago.
I rescued them from Camden when they were kittens.
🐈🐈 They bonded and she has given them such a loving home. ❤️😻

So, so sad… 😿 Don’t be cruel! A lil kindness to an animal goes a long way.. ❤️😻

Here is an important story: Before you think about putting poison out for a stray cat or tossing a rock at a hungry animal in your yard, take one more look at this photo.
A tiny kitten, barely old enough to survive on its own, curls up next to the remains of its mother. To the world, she’s gone. But to this kitten, she’s still comfort, still warmth, still “home.” The kitten doesn’t understand that her mother took her last breath while searching for scraps of food, trying desperately to keep her babies alive. All it knows is that mom isn’t moving… but maybe if it stays close, maybe if it waits long enough, she’ll wake up again.
This is the reality for so many animals. They don’t understand cruelty. They don’t understand neglect. They don’t understand why people chase them away, starve them, or hurt them. All they know is hunger, cold, and survival. And in moments like this, all they want is love.
You don’t have to be an “animal lover” to recognize this kind of pain. You don’t have to adopt every stray, or spend money you don’t have. But you do have the choice to be kind. Offer water. Leave scraps. Call a shelter or rescue group. Because while you may forget the stray that passed by your yard, that animal will never forget the moment someone finally showed them compassion.
This kitten’s story struck hearts all over the world, because it’s not just about animals — it’s about humanity. About remembering that life, no matter how small or voiceless, has value.
💔 The lesson? You don’t have to love animals. But you don’t have the right to hurt them. And sometimes, the smallest act of kindness can mean the difference between despair and survival. Hope you all have a good afternoon.

Today I made 9 shelters for the cats in the streets needing a warm place to hide from the cold weather. 🐈
The final steps of putting a hood in the opening to block the rain and wood on the bottoms needs to be done next. My back was hurting after this job.. 😩
Thank you all for your support and donations to help make this happen. 😻❤️
Thank you to my friend Angela R. for getting me the coolers. ❤️

Poor lil Cally is seeing our vet today. She has been peeing blood since she was spayed. 😿
It does happen sometimes to females but I’m checking if she has a UTI, if so she’ll need antibiotics. 🙏🏻 praying she is ok.

Update: Cally was lightly sedated so our vet can examine & do test without stressing her.
We did an US & Cysto, the urine pulled from her bladder was reddish/orange color and the results showed she has a UTI. She was given the long acting antibiotic injection (convenia) and reversal to wake her up. She did very well and is with me resting to recover.

I had a feeling something wasn’t right and didn’t want to release her if she was sick. That wud break my heart.
I’m gone to ask the feeder if she wud take her inside if I set her up in a cage to get acclimated to her home because she has two little Chihuahua dogs but the cat sees them when they go out in the yard to go to the bathroom.
Praying she can take her in & that Cally is friendly to her. 🙏🏻😻❤️🐈‍⬛
Thank you to Dr Bell at Evesham Vet for seeing her today and listening to my concern. 😻❤️

Today even with the wind I was able to trap both the remaining kittens together, their Siamese mom and the hurt cat limping on front left leg.
The kittens joined their sibling from yesterday. ❤️🐈🐈‍⬛
Thank you Patchy’s Pals Animal Rescue for taking in the kittens. 😻
The adult cats will be going to clinic tomorrow. 🙏🏻

When you go to check out a new area your told has a lot of cats and see a kitten.. I had to trap it the poor baby looked cold. Then I saw 2 more but they wouldn’t go all the way in the trap so will try again today. 🪤🐈🐈‍⬛
I saw a blk/wht young cat with a loose flea collar and a brown tabby limping on front leg so that one needs to get trapped and care.
The Siamese is the mom to the kittens. 😻💙
Thank you Patchy’s Pals Animal Rescue for taking in this kitten and the others when they’re trapped. 😻❤️
First I have to get this screw removed from my car that I probably got at the trash site last night.. 🤦‍♀️😡

Donations needed to fund trapping and clinic appts.

Today’s clinic guest. lol
The Siamese was thrown out the house she was in a couple days ago crying loudly on the porch so a neighbor on that street contacted me yesterday and I went right over to get her. She had 5 babies and they sold 3 of them. 😿😡 We’re trying to find out about the last 2 kittens. The people that had her and her kittens gave her to a family member. That family member didn’t want her in the house so she threw her out. They took her babies away from her Young. She didn’t even have a chance to dry up properly. She had some hardening around her ni***es thankfully, the clinic said that it was not mastitis, but they’ll keep an eye on her cause she’s staying there to find a real home.
I can’t stand some POS!! 😡
The white and gray tabby and the calico were from the same yard of the lady that I’m helping so they’ll go back when they’re healed and we’ll be putting shelters in her yard.

4 Paws to the rescue

4 Paws With A Cause is an animal rescue made up of loving foster homes.

We rescue, trap and re-home pets in need and maintain a small feral colony. We receive calls and emails everyday for animals in need of help. As a small rescue we do our best to accommodate or refer them to our rescue friends. Our founder Jodie Mangeri helps other rescues or people when an injured cat is in need by trapping it so medical care can be given. We are a 501c3 non-profit and depend on donations to run.
