🎆 Keep Your Pets Safe This 4th of July! 🎆

While fireworks can be fun for us, they’re often terrifying for our furry friends. 🐶🐱
Here are a few tips to keep your pets safe and calm tonight:

🔒 Keep them indoors and secure — even in a fenced yard, pets can panic and bolt
🔊 Turn on the TV or play calming music to help drown out the noise
🪟 Close windows and curtains to muffle sound and flashes
💬 Make sure your pet’s ID tags and microchip info are up to date

Let’s make sure everyone, two- and four-legged, has a safe and happy holiday! ❤️🐾

💙 Medical Monday Miracle: Sadie 💙

Meet Sadie, a sweet girl who’s been through a tough few months. Since April, Sadie had been struggling—losing weight, not eating, and battling off-and-on diarrhea. Her loving owner did everything she could—running bloodwork, fecals, even starting a GoFundMe—but she was running out of options and hope.

Fearing a possible foreign body and unable to afford surgery to confirm it, her family was heartbroken and considering surrendering her—something they did not want to do.

That’s where Providence Animal Center stepped in. We were able to spay Sadie and perform the exploratory surgery for free—and what did we find? Bits and pieces of a rubber/plastic ball lodged in her system. 😱

Thanks to our incredible medical team, Sadie is now recovering beautifully, safe at home with the family who loves her. 💕
