I have been told that the groomer in Alva charged you extra if you didn’t drop off your pup at the time of your appointment and extra if you didn’t pick up with in so many minutes of being done. I don’t want to be like that, SO please be considerate of others in managing your own time. I try very hard to work with my customers to work with their schedules so if your to drop off at a time do it, otherwise maybe the nite before say hey can I drop off between this time and this time. I don’t enjoy showing up for work way early just to sit and wait my time is just as important to me as yours is to you. One day I asked most of my customers does your phone have
alarms and timers on them and they all said YES. Your dog groomers time and your own haistylists time is just as important and valuable as yours.
