We're back at the Prince of Peace Parish in Barberton for their annual family picnic. We roasted up pork, brisket, and all beef hot dogs. Sweet corn was boiled up and we had homemade pasta salad. All for 250 parishners.

It's party time for the crew at Hickory Harvest Foods in Akron on Friday. I served up chicken, brisket, augratins, mac & cheese, baked beans and some rolls. The weather held to the end of the party. Pav's icecream truck showed up. The had a watermelon eating contest and a frozen t shirt competition. Everyone had a good time.

August 1st. was Swiss National Day. We served up brats and Italian sausages to the Cleveland Swiss Club. Homemade hot German potato salad and a big pan of sautéed peppers and onions accompanied the meal. We also served up; fruit, deserts and drinks.
Dave and Haley helped bring it all together.

On July 27th. we roasted for a fundraiser for Purple Heart Homes. Ribs and chicken for 185 people. We had green beans, and augratin potatoes to go along with it. Jim, Dana and Destiny served up the meals to our guests. I had a total of 7 cookers full of meat. It was a big one.
