A little daily pizza wisdom for everyone - the simple things are the important things. Pizza is dough, cheese, sauce, and toppings. Since it’s a very simple food, so the few parts of it should all be done very well. Sauce and dough are made daily, but each still needs to sit for a couple days before we want to serve it so everything can come together properly. Dough is proofed in these perfect balls for 48 hours to make sure it develops all of the texture and flavor you deserve. All the good stuff all the time. See you soon for a pie!
