At Creekside we pride ourselves in offering English Labrador Retrievers of superior temperament, health, and conformation to homes across the U.S.A. You will find that our warm, caring, family-style approach combined with 25 years of professional breeding experience result in excellence whether you are searching for a puppy for show, field or couch. Our dogs revel in it and we hope that you will t

Step Two. Once approved, send a deposit via PayPal at www.creeksidelab.com to be on our waiting list. Step Three. Be patient. That's the hard part. We will let you know when we have a puppy that fits your criteria. As you can understand, we do not personally update folks who do not have a deposit with us. All of our public updates are done through Facebook. If you want to be considered, we need to know that you are serious in your intentions which is why we ask for a deposit. It separates the "it would be so nice to have a puppy" folks from the "I definitely want a puppy!" folks. We give priority in order of deposits received. First come, first serve. ❄️Greta's black puppies had their first moments in the snow, and they LOVED it! 🐶❄️ Watching them experience the chilly fluff for the first time was pure joy—pouncing, chasing snowflakes, and rolling around like little snowballs themselves!They were a little unsure at first, but within minutes, they were zooming through the fresh powder, their tiny paws leaving adorable tracks. 🐾❄️We can already tell—these pups are winter lovers! ☃️💙Stay tuned for more puppy updates, and let us know—does your pup love the snow or prefer to stay cozy inside? 🏡🔥

🐾 Greta & Mack’s Puppies – First Outdoor Adventure!

🐾Greta & Mack’s litter is 4 ½ weeks old, and today was a big milestone—their first time outside! 🌿🐶 It was a bit chilly, so we kept the adventure short, but they absolutely loved taking in all the new smells and fresh air. Watching them explore the great outdoors for the first time was so sweet! 🥰

🐾These little ones are growing strong, curious, and full of personality. Can’t wait to see them continue to explore and thrive! 💛

We love receiving updates from our Creekside families! Sadie May (formerly Miss Yellow from Laney & Scott’s May 2024 litter) is thriving in her forever home with the Wyszynski family. ❤️

Her family shares:

"Sadie is doing great and is such a huge part of our lives. She loves hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park 5-6 times a week! As our first-ever dog, we never imagined how much love and happiness she would bring. We are so grateful to have her!"

After 25 years of breeding, I’ve found that day 18 is often the perfect time to start weaning. I gave it a try with this litter, and sure enough—they took right to it! Watching them lap up their formula for the first time is always exciting.Starting the weaning process not only takes some pressure off mom, but it also gives us more control over their nutrition and helps keep those growing bellies full for longer. It’s definitely a messy stage, but one I love—because it means these little ones are thriving and taking their first steps toward independence!Who else enjoys this fun (and chaotic) milestone? 🐶🥣

We are so excited to welcome Greta and Mack’s litter into the world! They had three gorgeous black puppies—two boys and one girl—who are absolutely thriving.

While this litter is smaller than we anticipated, we are incredibly grateful for their health and well-being. It has been such a sweet time with them, and we are looking forward to spoiling them and helping them adjust to the world.

We’ve already started Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) with the puppies. These techniques are important for developing smarter, more adaptable puppies who are well-prepared for life.

We do have deposits already in place for these puppies, and I’ll be reviewing the list soon to update everyone on where they stand.

Additionally, we’re eagerly awaiting Jasmine and Mack’s litter, expected to arrive on March 16—fingers crossed everything goes smoothly!

We’re also keeping an eye on a couple of other mamas who should be going into heat soon, and we plan to breed them for more wonderful litters.It’s shaping up to be a full and fun spring and summer here at Creekside, and we can’t wait to share this journey with all of you! 🐾

🐾 Meet Cassie, a beautiful 7-month-old Creekside black Labrador! 🖤 This girl is an absolute star—not by coincidence, but by a combination of exceptional genetics and dedicated training.

Cassie comes from amazing parents who passed down not only their good looks but also their wonderful temperament. But what truly sets her apart is the hard work and commitment of the Lyndall family, along with the incredible team at Off Leash Training.

Special shoutout to her trainer, Taylor, who has done a phenomenal job shaping Cassie into the obedient and loving pup she is today. The Lyndalls couldn’t be happier with their well-mannered 7-month-old, especially during what can be a challenging stage of puppyhood.

Cassie’s story is a great reminder that time and effort in training always pay off. Thank you so much for the update, Lyndall family! Wishing you all the best as you continue your journey with your exceptional pup! 🐕✨

Here’s a heartwarming message we received from one of our amazing Creekside families:

“We hope you are doing well and enjoying the holiday season! We added two of your black labs to our family in July of 2023, and they have been the best addition to our family. The love and affection they show us daily have made us lab lovers for life. At just 1 1/2 years old, these dogs have done so much! They have both passed the Canine Good Citizen Test and have become Certified Therapy Dogs. They have not just brought so much joy to our family, but have been visiting nursing homes, libraries, and attending community events, putting smiles on many faces. Thank you so much for everything you do to make these the best family pets.”

Updates like this remind us why we’re so passionate about what we do. 💕 We’re so proud of these pups and grateful to their family for giving them such a wonderful life—and for spreading joy to so many others.
