Meet Erica, our beloved Customer Care Specialist, and her adorable pup Violet! Erica, a since childhood, now thrives in sharing the Bil-Jac benefits with fellow pet-lovers 😍. We asked Erica what Bil-Jac meant to her and she told us, "Bil-Jac really has become like a second family."

When not assisting customers, you'll find her crochet-hook in hand, nose in a book, or exploring nature trails with Violet. 🧶 📚 🏞️

Violet, a 6-month old ball of fun, still sports her goofy puppy charm. Cuddles? She loves 'em! New people and pups? Bring 'em on! But what does she love more than anything? Dancing for her Bil-Jac Puppy Select, with even more excitement in store when Erica adds a sprinkle of Bil-Jac Frozen! 💃 🐾 ❤️

Meet Bonnie, our dedicated Office Manager, who has been an integral part of our Bil-Jac family for 32 years! 🤩 In her free time, nothing brings Bonnie more happiness than taking leisurely strolls with her family. 🚶‍♀️ To Bonnie, Bil-Jac represents joy, which is evident every single time Wallace hears the phrase “Do you want your Bil-Jac” and responds with an exuberant “Woof.. Woof.. Woof” 🐕 Of course, in dog language that translates to “YES! YES! YES!” 🐾

Wallace is Bonnie’s adorable 9 ½ year old Bernese/Swiss Mountain Dog. 🏔️ Ever passionate about tug-of-war, Wallace is a pro at his favorite activity. Being a lucky Bil-Jac pupper, he enjoys his favorite Bil-Jac biscuits often. 🦴 Wallace's title? Bil-Jac Biscuits' #1 fan, without a doubt! 🥇

These two sweethearts have been since their puppyhood! 🐶💕 It all started with a chance encounter at a local pet store, leading them to discover Bil-Jac. A bag of our Bil-Jac Puppy Select made its way into their home, and it was puppy love at first bite! 🐕🍽️💗

Though they've grown and just turned 1🥳, Bil-Jac has remained their top favorite! 🎉 Now, they enjoy their Bil-Jac Adult Select Small Breed during every meal, making their mealtimes an absolute delight! 🍖🥘

Josh is not just a vital part of our team but also our fantastic Bil-Jac Team Maintenance Manager 👏. He has been part of the Bil-Jac family for 26 years! When he's not at work, Josh is all about cheering on Cleveland/Ohio football games and enjoying hockey games with his season tickets! 🎟️ He's an absolute outdoor enthusiast who loves mountain biking 🚵‍♂️, fishing 🎣, hunting, grilling, and soaking up the beauty of the great outdoors 🌲... all in the fantastic company of his dog, Cash.

Cash, a charming German Shorthair Pointer of 5 years, isn't just a regular dog. With his CGC and BCAT titles under his collar, he's a champion in his own right 🏆. Josh affectionately says Cash only knows one speed- full throttle! True to his breed, Cash loves a good hunt and doubles up as an impressive watchdog... even at 3 AM! 😅
