The 4th of July is almost here! Please check your dog’s collar to ensure it is fitting well, and that their tags have your current info. Martingale collars (common for sighthounds as their heads are smaller than their neck) are now more common place for many breeds, owners are preferring them and finding them much more useful and secure. To check the fit pull on the loop - you should be able to fit 2-3 fingers between the slides. If you pull on the loop and the slides meet, the collar is too loose and your dog can potentially slip their head out. If you have never used a martingale, you can always pop in the shop and we can fit your dog.
