Max ( Sunny & Fifi) just celebrated his 4th birthday on 8/17. I often wonder how his liter mates are doing. Here is an update on Max: Today marks our eighth visit to the Masonic Home Grove Pointe Assisted Living in our new home of Louisville, KY. Our visits are going so well. Everyone at Grove Pointe loves Max. And he is so happy to see everyone from staff to residents. After several months of visits the residents (and staff) really look forward to his visits. It shows on their faces and reactions. And Max is meeting them like old friends he really loves. It’s been amazing to watch Max’s growth as a certified therapy dog. He seems to instinctively know which residents he can greet with more enthusiasm and which ones he needs to be more reticent and gentle with. From hearing the residents’ laughter of pure joy to residents sharing their stories and memories of their first dog to the love and sweetness Max shows each person, I am so unbelievably lucky to having such an amazing dog. 🐾❤️🐾

Max (Sunny & Fifi) is almost four years old. He is loving living in Louisville, KY. He is continuing his therapy dog journey and is now a therapy dog with the cancer support group, Gilda’s Club.
