This little girl is my great grand pup! Her name is Kya and she is 12 weeks old. She will be with me for 3 weeks!

To all of our friends, family and clients please stay safe!! Please evacuate if you’re in an area that’s going to flood or you just don’t feel safe
Also, as you guys are all out getting supplies for yourself, please also make sure you have supplies for your pets
That means food and water for them and anything that you can think of that will keep them calm
If you don’t have a kennel for your dog, I would recommend getting one in case you need to evacuate and go somewhere

This is Dunie! He just finished our one week drop and train program!
He had pulled his mom down and broke her wrist
So we tought him some manners and also how to walk nice on a leash.
Now him and his mom can enjoy taking walks together 🥰

Training our pups is crucial for them to learn to be comfortable around other dogs and people. This is not just for safety, but also for social development. To achieve this, we can use positive reinforcement training techniques like rewarding good behavior with treats or praise when they stay calm in new situations. Remember, every dog learns at its own pace, so be patient and consistent with your pup.

Teaching your dog "Heel" is an excellent way to control their movement in public and keep them safe on walks. When teaching "Heel," it's important to keep your leash at an appropriate length – not too tight or too loose – and reward your dog with treats when they maintain the correct positioning. With consistent practice and patience, your pup will master "Heel" in no time.

Remember, training is a process, and it takes time for our furry friends to learn new skills. Be patient with your pets and celebrate their achievements along the way!
