We recently had an amazing time working with Sky!🐶❤️ She joined our Board and Train program due to aggression toward strangers and extreme resource guarding. Sky, a 4.5-year-old Belgian Malinois, had struggled for years, and her owners feared it was too late to help.

When she arrived, even getting her outside was a challenge, as she would snap and try to bite.❤️🐾 With time and training, we built her confidence and helped her overcome these challenges. Her owners’ goal was to eliminate her aggression and resource guarding, ensuring guests could feel safe at her home.💪🐕 By the end of the program, Sky made an incredible transformation! She’s now sweet, confident, and happy to meet new people and dogs. She loved going to daycare and hanging out with her new friends, and showing off her confidence on Pack Walks—surrounded by strangers and new dogs.💕 We loved helping Sky and seeing her true personality shine through!❤️

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Jake Bosco and Juggy Rocco, two of the most challenging leash walkers in history. 🐕🦺🐕🦺 Jake and Juggy joined our 2-week Board and Train program to work on controlling their reactivity, chaotic leash walking, and barking at everything outside their window. These issues often snowballed because they would rile each other up. 🤪☃️

Over the course of their board and train, Jake and Juggy learned to manage their energy, stay calm in exciting situations, and follow commands consistently. Their owners wanted dogs they could take on calm walks and have at home without them going crazy at every movement outside their windows. Now, both Juggy and Jake are obedient pups and a joy to walk on leash. They’re no longer reactive or fearful because they have found confidence in themselves! 💕🐾

Meet Milo, the sweetest 4 and a half year old Shepherd mix ever.🐶❤️ Milo joined our 2-week Board and Train program to address his aggression toward strangers, other dogs, and unfamiliar situations.😔 His owner explained that Milo has a 3-foot “bubble” around strangers and resources, often becoming nervous, growling, and even lunging if anyone gets too close.

Through the training, we focused on building his confidence and teaching Milo to trust his owner, helping him stay calm and controlled in unfamiliar environments and around strangers. By the end of the program, Milo excelled at Pack Walks, enjoyed playing with other dogs in daycare, went on shopping trips, and perfected his commands.🧠🐾 After completing the program, Milo even stopped by to visit us at our booth during Woof, Wag, and Wiggle. We truly loved working with Milo.🥰

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Archie 🐶❤️. He completed a 2-week board and train program to address his aggression toward other dogs. Archie is a very sweet dog but struggled with aggression, poor leash manners, and jumping on new people.😧 The owner’s goal for the training was for Archie to be able to play with other dogs and behave politely on walks.

At the start of the board and train, Archie was very hyper and stubborn, pulling hard on the leash and barking at other dogs when walking around the facility. However, over the course of the program, he learned to trust and follow his handler’s lead, transforming his negative behaviors into positive ones. He now responds perfectly to commands and is an angel on walks. Archie also learned that other dogs aren’t bad and are actually fun to play with! He now is great in daycare and on pack walks, finding comfort in his training.🦮❤️

Meet Lilly and Freya 🐩💕 Lilly and Freya recently completed a 2-week Board and Train program to address their stubborn nature. Although naturally sweet dogs, littermates Lilly and Freya struggled with being overly protective, poor leash etiquette, jumping on people and counters, and refusing to jump into their owner’s car. This made it difficult for the owners to take them on walks, go places, or have them around friends. 🙁🐾

During the Board and Train, we quickly noticed the sisters’ stubbornness as they initially refused to try any commands at all. However, once Lilly and Freya became comfortable, they began picking up commands quickly! 🧠💪We were able to curb their excited jumping, helped them feel comfortable in public settings, and eliminated their growling at strangers. Most importantly for their owners, both Lilly and Freya now walk perfectly on leash and jump into the car without hesitation. Allowing their owners to take them places with ease and feel comfortable and confident on walks. 🐩🐩💕

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Blair 🐶❤️, a young Cane Corso who just completed our 2-week board and train program. Blair struggled with severe pulling, refusing to jump into the car, and not listen to her owners at all. 🙁 Her owner shared that Blair had become increasingly difficult to control as she grew and wanted to be able to take her places without any issues, as well as handle her more easily.

The primary goal of Blair’s training was to provide structure and address her pulling and behavioral challenges. Throughout the program, we focused on building Blair’s confidence, helping her become calmer when being handled, and improving her responsiveness to commands. She made incredible progress, learning good manners when walking on leash and even hopping right into the car! We’re so proud of Blair and the strides she has made on her training journey. 💪🥰

Meet Winston, or as his friends call him, Puppers. 🐶❤️ Puppers recently completed our 3-week aggression board and train program. He struggled with aggression issues, especially around new people and dogs. His owner shared that he had become increasingly reactive, particularly when unfamiliar hands or dogs got too close to his face. This made it challenging for him to be around new people or dogs without the risk of biting. 😔
The main goal of his training was to help Puppers feel more comfortable and socialized, reducing his aggressive tendencies and allowing him to interact safely with people and other dogs. Over the course of the board and train, we worked with Puppers to build his confidence and gradually expose him to social situations. He made incredible progress, learning to trust his handler and feel more at ease around new people. We’re so proud of Puppers and the growth he accomplished.
